Value: 10/10 Experience: 8/10 Taste: 8/10 Perfect spot if you are craving fried chicken at an unbeatable price. Value: I was at the end of my food crawl so I didn't want an entire meal. I got 2 thighs and a drumstick for $3. That is absolutely mind blowing how much food you get for $3. They also had value meals with fries and a drink for under $10. Experience: The chicken is already made so they'll just grab it and bag it. You can get in and out in under a minute. The menu is easy to read but the interior has no tables/counter to eat on. There are chairs though. Taste: I was afraid that the chicken sitting around and the low price would mean the chicken tasted dry but that was not the case at all. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. They also offer you hot sauce if you want an extra kick.

Chicken trade over Bullet-proof glass!

The name KFC might make you smile but thiis is Kennedy for K, a true chicken spot in the "brother-hood." You order chickens over bullet-proof glass haha but I like it. Shows where you are. Fresh food and the guy-in-charge, seemingly the owner asks you how it is. He'd know who likes mayo or not, even remembered me and I been there only once. This is something you'd never experience at other KFC, if you know what I mean. Thanks Bro! :)

Right out of the park you can find yourself a tasty meal. No it isn't going to be healthy, stop your nonsense. Kennedy Fried, a new york staple, is a bunch of un-connected, but similar in style chicken joints. Anyway down to the meat and ... french fries. I ordered a combo hot wings and french fries. Hot wings had a great crispy texture, seasoned well, and had a really excellent juicy chicken. The fries were, well, just fries. Simple. Crunchy. Nothing to write home about tho.

Pretty decent but still prefer Popeyes for the quality consistency. It's an interesting locals place. Doesn't feel too safe on occasion

The fried chicken was what one would expect: greasy, juicy, and hot. I just wish the chicken had a little more meat on the bones!!!!

This review is honestly less about McDonald's itself and more about what I got, because listen…read more.. the Grinch Meal?! So cute. McDonald's partnered with The Grinch this holiday season, and I had to try it. I was genuinely excited. You get the option of nuggets or a Big Mac, fries, and the fun part--your fries come with this dill pickle shaker. And let me tell you, that shaker was EVERYTHING. It gave the fries this really good, almost parmesan-style flavor, and I loved it way more than I expected. The nuggets were crispy and good, no complaints there. The box itself was festive and fun, and the Happy Meal "toy" was Grinch socks, which honestly felt like a little adult Happy Meal moment--and I was here for it. The socks were a cute bonus, but overall the meal itself was just fun and festive. It felt like a holiday moment. Now, about this McDonald's location in general--I come here all the time with my son after school (what kid doesn't love McDonald's?). The atmosphere is pretty chill. The music is always bumping--lots of reggaeton since you're right near Spanish Harlem--which honestly adds to the vibe. That said, it could be cleaner, and there isn't a lot of seating. Tables fill up fast, so you're either sharing space or waiting for someone to leave. Usually, it works out because it's very much a neighborhood spot--you see families, friends, middle school kids, all of that. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's a little slow, sometimes it's on point. But if you're a regular and they recognize you, things definitely move faster. Overall, the Grinch Meal was a win--cute, fun, and tasty. It gave me exactly what I wanted: a little holiday joy, good fries, crispy nuggets, and some Grinch socks to take home.

The food was classic Cane's -- I brought my friend from Harlem who had never been here before and he thought this was a FRIED CHICKEN place! Ha! No such misery here! The tenders were large and in charge. Sauce was on point. My buddy had never experienced Texas Toast and loved it! I enjoyed the meal as did my friend who stated he will make this his new home base!

I also want to note that this location has made a lot of efforts to "clean up" the dining area so that it's actually hospitable for families. What I mean by that is, a lot of Harlem establishments suffer from all of the annoying teenagers in MS/HS who come in and take up space and ruin the atmosphere for diners. I appreciate that Raising Cane's has been holding the line. With that said, the prices are standard across the city (at least in the remote parts), so coming here vs. the boonies of South Brooklyn won't matter. The Texas toast and fries are really meh, especially if you're doing takeout, but let's be real, everyone comes here for the chicken. The tenders are some of the best I've ever had -- super moist and crispy, but without the sauce, I've realised that they're underseasoned and nothing special. Still better than the homophobic chicken from other places though...

First of all, let me start with the smell -- because that's what's going to get you…read more This spot is fairly new in the neighborhood, literally right across the street from me, and ever since they opened I've been saying the same thing: the smell of that chicken will pull you in every single time. That Korean fried chicken seasoning hits the air and just wraps around you. It's warm, it's crispy, it's savory, and it makes you stop mid-walk like, "Yeah... I need that." So when my mom came to visit, I said, you know what? Let's finally try the place across the street. And I'm so glad we did because it did not disappoint. We went for a 10-piece wing and split the flavors -- honey tangy barbecue and Korean sweet chili. When I tell you that chicken was juicy and crispy at the same time? Perfect crunch on the outside, tender inside. Exactly what Korean fried chicken is supposed to be. And the fries. Listen. I love a good fry. But my son? He is a French fry connoisseur. That child knows fries. If he approves, you know it's legit. He loved them. So that alone tells you everything. Crispy, seasoned just right -- not soggy, not bland, not overly salty. Just good fries. Of course we got extra sauce on the side because if you're doing it, do it right. A little dip, a little drizzle -- options matter. We also tried the rice cake skewers -- two per order, so we did two each. So good. I love a good rice cake, and these hit. I've been blessed to experience different cultures and cuisines, and Korean food is absolutely up my alley when it's authentic and done right -- and this was done right. They've got options too. Parmesan fries, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, mac and cheese, salads. There's a little Korean section with the pickled radish and kimchi -- yes and yes. The coleslaw? Also everything. It balanced the meal perfectly. You can do boneless or bone-in, but let me be clear: I'm bone-in all the way. It's not a wing if it doesn't have a bone. No disrespect to the boneless crowd -- sometimes it has its place -- but bone-in is elite. And because clearly I couldn't stop there, I recently went back and tried the chicken sandwich with the sweet potato fries. Loved it. Just as good. Crispy, flavorful, satisfying. But I'm telling you now -- the smell alone is going to get you through the door. And once you go in? You're not going to regret it. Highly recommend.

The shop, which is small with limited seating, was empty, save for one other patron. I ordered at the kiosk and waited for about 10 minutes for my dish to arrive. Throughout my time dining, there was a consistent flow of deliverymen coming in and out to pick up meals. It was clear that although this place was empty, it was a popular spot for delivery. I ordered their lunch special, which I found to be a great bargain. The meal was only $11.99, which came with five pieces of bone-in wings, rice, and salad. I ate my lunch heartily. For my main dish, I ordered the soy garlic fried chicken. While it was delicious, I found the sauce to lean more on the sweet side, with less of the soy and garlic coming through. It reminded me of a sweet-and-sour sauce and didn't taste the way a sauce like this normally does. Still, I enjoyed my meal for the crispness of the chicken skin, the juiciness of the meat, the softness of the rice, and the overall value. I will certainly come here again.
