On 9/11/2023 I visited McDonald'. I had an excellent welcome treatment. I felt very special when I did my order which it was # 130. Then I had this cleaning agent in the place that was making sure that all areas were cleaned.I wanted to use to the restroom. I have never in my life seen a cleaning agent going to the bathroom before me to make sure that the bathroom was cleaned for me to use. if am not mistaken her name was Raycy or Reycy. May the Lord bless all the families that work at this McDonald. Thank you for your services. Nurys L. World Ambassador for Human Rights. read more

Open with no water service. After buying and consuming a meal I asked to use the rest room and was told it was "out of service" and the building had "no water". I cannot think of anything about my appearnce or deportment that would cause them to say no. I suspect it is their unofficial standard policy to keep the restroom closed. Or if it was true that there was "no water" in the building it would be a health violation to operate food service under those conditions. read more

They closed at 12... where's the 2:30??? Now I have no food and gotta wait 24 hours for my money back

I ordered through McDonald's app, breakfast of 2 sausage, egg, cheese biscuits at the 2nd Ave, 96-97 St restaurant. When I went home, all there was, were 2 sausage sandwhiches. I called the # associated with the restaurant (201 area code) and left a voice message. This is the 2nd time this restaurant messed up a simple order! Very disappointed. Owners need to step up this restaurant's game! read more

You may have heard of Restaurant Row in Manhattan. I call this area of East Harlem Fast Food Row. I'm not going to mention all of the competitors nearby, after all this is a review about McDonald's. This location is about a half mile from my apartment. When I'm visiting the Conservatory Gardens or the nearby museums I sometimes come here for brunch. My favorite is the big breakfast. I'm known for completing a survey to get free cookies. They're fresh baked daily. The food is fast and service with a smile. It's typical McDonald's. It's Hit or Miss regarding cleanliness. If you like fast and cheap it's close to the 105th Street transportation hub. The Subway and buses are close by. Just so you know. You're welcome. read more

Carlos is Performance Excellence! All I know is that every time I visit the McDonalds on 103 and 3rd Avenue, and Carlos happens to be at the counter taking my order, my day has become brighter. Besides getting the order right, I am one of those people who are a little extra (as my daughter would say)  . I never really like things they way they are when it comes to food. Any who, this is not about me, it's about Carlos. Not only is he a service with a smile kind of person, as I wait for my food, I've seen him go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Keep up the good work and good attitude Carlos. I'm lovin it!! read more

This McDonald's location is rated higher in my opinion based on consistency. Orders are made quickly and on time. Good quality is good and what you would expect from a well run McDonald's location. The dining area and bathroom is currently closed due to CoVID restrictions. I suggest placing a mobile order to avoid having to stand in line. Mobile kiosks are available to order at as well. The staff are friendly in my experience. This is a predominantly Spanish location so the staff are equipped to communicate in both English and Spanish. Love this! I usually stop by for breakfast when it's less busy. read more

How the heck the sign says they close at 11:00pm but the lady said it's closed at around 10:45pm? Come on now, you're hired to work your hours. Do better. read more

Everytime I order from this location, they always forget to put my items in the bag. How hard is it to check the order before its sent out?? This particular order they didn't put 3 burgers in the bag, the last time they forgot my kids nuggets. Now if I want to eat, I'll have to reorder the burgers pay an additional delivery fee as well as service charges and another tip. This location is beyond ghetto and they just don't care. Also all 4 of my fries were half full. read more

Stopped in for breakfast yesterday morning. It was bustiling. I was wondering why are all these school kids in their uniforms up in McDonalds at 11AM? why the hell aren't u in class? HAD to have the newly restored steak egg and cheese bagel, that's back on the breakfast menu. had errands to run before I got there. I said let me preorder my food on the app cause I was running late, knowing breakfast usually's a wrap at 10:30. Done. Got there a little after 10:30, and breakfast was still on and poppin. It went to 11AM. Ordered a hash brown, and a large coffee as well. The app currently doesnt allow you to stipulate how you want your coffee creamed. WTF. So I went up to the counter, and asked for two half & halfs. The lady politely asked if i wanted her to put it in. I declined. Let me do it. The food was good. Hash brown wasn't hot, but I coulda asked for a fresh one out of the oil. When I go here, I never have a problem. I believe that some people receive the service they get, because they're out of pocket with people. Never disrespect the people who make your food. They'll teach you a lesson you'll never forget. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is one of the most unprofessional locations I have ever entered. I order on the app knowing the employees in this location are always found talking instead of filling orders. Today I ordered my food on the app, even waiting till I reached the block where McDonald's was located to claim I was there to pick up in order to save time on my lunch break. Once inside I had to wait for my food for 10+ mins!! When I had the order placed way ahead of time! This is a FAST FOOD establishment, these should move wayyy faster than was shown. read more

I just an uber eats and just look how skimpy my large fries are!!! Smhhh. Either my uber person was eating my fries on the way or they robbed me. Everything else was fine. Everything was neat. Oh. Also they didn't put the stickers on the back to close the bag smh. So it could've been him. Either way I'm mad. I'm not even going to eat my fries because idk if someone was in my bag or not. Super gross man. read more

They need to get their stuff together. I don't understand how every McDonalds in the country seems to be over staffed, yet a Manhattan McDonalds (which is obviously always busy) is understaffed. Just a complaint in general for McD's: Christmas has ended, so why on earth would your shamrock shake be mint flavored? Like wth.... Do NOT come here!!! They charge 25 cents after one sauce! Like wth?!!! It's ridiculous! No wonder chick fil a is doing better than this God awful company! read more

The supervisor is giving healthcare workers and first responders a hard time by honoring the meals offered to us. First he said it's only for doctors then said he needed to take a picture of my ID. It's ridiculous that he was ill informed and did not relay the procedure to his staff. Please make sure that managers are aware of promotions and that they notify their staff so that we save time and embarrassment of the first responders and healthcare workers during this horrible psn read more

I came in to visit to purchase breakfast on a Sunday morning and I bought my service Dog into the location with me and they tried to go back and forth with me stating my animal was not a service animal when indeed she is. I have proper documentation. As I approached the register Edna stopped me and said she cannot take my order because I have my dog. Than I said to her she is a service dog which indeed I did identify her as than she argued back saying no she is not than went and got her manager Rosa. Rosa came and when I told her the occurrence she made me feel just as uncomfortable. Following customers began to argue with me due to the fact that I speaking about this issue. I told them as a former McDonalds manager I know policy in regards to people with disabilities. They need to educate their staff on this issue. If they need help below I have taken information from the ADA's website to help educate them so no one else with a disability will feel uncomfortable as I did. "There are no requirements for licensing, certification or identification of service dogs, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. The animals are not required to wear special collars, vests or harnesses. The ADA makes it unlawful to require proof of a disability or identification for the service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), privately owned businesses that serve the public, such as restaurants, hotels, retail stores, taxicabs, theaters, concert halls, and sports facilities, are prohibited from discriminating against individuals with disabilities. The ADA requires these businesses to allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals onto business premises in whatever areas customers are generally allowed." https://www.ada.gov/archive/qasrvc.htm read more

McDonald's Should Be Disappointed With The Way It's Gotten Away From Their True Valve They Provided Many Decades Ago.

The workers are rude they don't wear gloves. I watched a worker on 6/25/2022 at 6:30 pm serves fries and touch her face and ears with no gloves . She/they were very rude. The manager was lazy and the line was backed up . Horrible horrible customer service ! read more

Located in Harlem, so I saw a lot of different characters. The place is really huge, too. Came here to use bathroom (which was un-locked, much to my surprise). Bought a pity wildberry smoothie, though. Yum. No crazy long lines, fast service. That about sums up my short experience here. read more

What's so hard about HOT French Fries... that's the only good thing @ MD's Why can they fried them to order? I'll wait for hot crunchy Fries... Why do I get an attitude when I as for fresh Fries? Maybe I need to stop coming here... All I want is some good Hot Fries read more

The staff are really nice, they talk with smiles on their faces, and they are very polite with courtesy. Food are excellent and served in a very short time. One thing I'm not happy with is that the clean lady who only speaks Spanish ignored me when I asked for the password to the bathroom. We did not understand what each other said, but obviously, she knew I needed to use the bathroom. Overall, everything else is nice. read more

I ordered a happy meal and asked them beforehand if it brought the Pokémon cards in it. Both the cashier and manager told me yes and when I placed my order and received it, I went straight home without checking because I was confident that they wouldn't mess my order up because I was the only customer there at the time. When I opened up my happy meal, I was missing my Pokémon cards along with my burger. As McDonald's restaurants go, this has been one where I can always count on getting in and getting out in a reasonable amount of time. I've really only ever been there for breakfast (quite a few times when I first moved to the neighborhood, and occasionally since then when I don't have time to eat at home) and it just never ceases to amaze me that I can get in line, order my food, it's ready in 3 minutes (with napkins in the bag) and I'm on my way. I don't expect a whole lot from fast food establishments. And a shocking many can't seem to master the basic art of serving people and getting them on their way. This restaurant has it down pat. Thank you! read more
