It seems like there's always a different person taking you back checking your glasses, et cetera et cetera and I don't know if they are junior team members or are in training or what but they always seem to be not very professional and not very nice. The young lady that took me back today was rude and had no "bedside manner". They told me they would call me each month until the surgery was scheduled. They never called and each month I called them only to hear the same story each month. Even though I was told that I was on top of their list to get my surgery as of today it still has not been done and no schedule to so has occurred. The person whom I am talking with says the same thing each month--call us back and we will schedule your surgery. Last week she told me they would not even be able to schedule me until March if even then. There is no end in sight!!!

I had cataract surgery on 5/25/23 and followed everything that they told me. Put all of the drops in exactly how they prescribed, rested my eye on the day of surgery and I checked out with 20/20 vision on 5/26/23. All though my results may not be attainable by everyone, rest assured, that is always the goal for each patient. I will refer anyone that I know to Dr. Croley.
