I am posting a few stories on here as I thought posting each one separately might appear to be shilling. Which this is absolutely not, but rather an appreciation to have someone you can trust and who is honest as the day is long. Having someone that you can trust, a company that has your back and yes while they have to make money, they do it the right way. By creating long term customers through integrity and honesty. The latest was we had to take my daughter's car in. They accidentally damaged the power steering and replaced it. Then the new one wasn't working and they replaced it as well. Because they said it was their fault, they did not charge for it. Wow, how many companies own it and then do something to make their customer feel even better. Here is another story.We had an oil leak in one of our cars and thought that we should give it a look to see how the whole car is doing as it was a very high milage car. They came back with some information, but more importantly suggestions. They recommended fixing one item, but the oil leak would cost more than it was worth, so they suggested just watching it. Another item on the vehicle was a maybe, but they said lets just watch it and see if it gets worse. In the end replaced the boot, but again going back to the integrity piece, they gave recommendations not just to generate business, but that made sense for the customer. We absolutely will never take any of our vehicles anywhere else unless they cannot do it, as they have earned trust and permanent business but how they run the shop. Hats off to Don and Lance as they run a quality outfit.

Brandon gave us a quote, described the work to be performed, price and that it came with a 3-year warranty. Eight days later it was finished on time, and the bill was what they said it would be. Met owner Jon, who spent a few minutes with us and explained what was wrong. Overall, a great experience, friendly, professional, within budget and on time.

John the owner kindly arranged a 2 week appointment with the shop for a much needed trans cooler installation before my long trip. I called 3 days or so prior for an addition temp gauge installation, AND to see if everything is going all right for my appointment. No problem said the lady and she would pass on the my request to John. After some coordination to leave my truck for a couple of days, I showed up on time the day of the appointment. One of the mechanics received me and said bluntly: "We cannot performed the service because the desk lady was on vacation and did not ordered the parts..." Really? I talked to her a few days ago... Not a "sorry", nor a phone call from John nor anybody else later on. No trans cooler for my trip and a pure waist of time and energy for me and those who helped me. This is totally rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards the customer. Mistakes are human but at least be remorseful if you have some kind of class...

Steve got me in for an estimate the same day I called ASR and gave a conservative, fair price on the repairs needed on my truck. I had been told by another so-called mechanic that I needed a new transmission & that he had fixed the noise my truck was making. GRATEFULLY, I didn't have him look into the transmission issue, but, unfortunately, a few weeks down the road the noise he supposedly fixed continued after we paid him, he hadn't fixed anything but was happy to take our money. ASR was able to flush my transmission fluid and fill it with new fluid and it runs like a champ! They also discovered the noise & actually fixed it!
