No. Honest and hard working owner that keeps his nose in every job that goes out of his shop? Yes! Tells you what you really need and doesn't try to up-sell? Yes! Gives you a ride home if you need it? Yes! Tells you if he's too bizi to do it today? Yes! I picked up the hubs truck upon completion of the work since he was out of town. Neighbor gave me a ride to Larry's. Sidebar: the fire engine red El Camino he drives? Larry did the engine-it purs! Got down to the joint and was talking to Larry and his desk guy about my 02' Camry-you see it's at 100K and hasn't had any service to date. Larry gave me some valuable information as I waited to pay the hubs bill. Seems Toyota's have this thing called a timing belt. At 100K you absolutely need to check it....I did not know! (looks like mfg recommends checking it every 60K-wow, I've dodged the bullet) So, any warning the belt's going bye bye-No, no warning and the car will just STOP RUNNING- What? And as it is flying off, it may ruin the valves! Ikes-time to take the Camry in. Thanks Larry for saving me some bucks!

My wife and I worked very hard to pay for this vehicle, so writing a public review is not something I take lightly. Since shortly after purchasing the truck, I noticed movement in the driver's seat whenever I turned. At approximately 22,000 miles, I brought the truck in to have both the transmission and driver's seat inspected. I was told the transmission was operating properly and that no issues were found with the seat. The visit was covered under my extended warranty, and I was not charged. At approximately 82,000 miles, I returned to Chase Chevrolet due to additional transmission concerns and again requested that the driver's seat be inspected. Once again, no transmission issues were found. However, this time I was informed that the seat track required replacement due to a manufacturer defect. I specifically asked whether the issue posed a safety concern and was told it did not. The dealership ordered the part and completed the repair, but I was charged a $200 deductible. I explained that the issue should have been identified during my first visit and requested that the deductible be waived. I was told that I should have brought the truck back sooner. My concern is that I did bring the issue to the dealership's attention years earlier, while the vehicle had only 22,000 miles. Had the defect been properly diagnosed at that time, I likely would not have incurred the deductible or experienced the ongoing inconvenience. Unfortunately, I am now experiencing additional driver's seat issues that the dealership does not appear willing to take responsibility for. I live approximately four hours away, and I have lost work time, spent money on fuel, and made multiple trips in an effort to resolve a problem that I did not create. What is most disappointing is not necessarily the repair itself, but the lack of accountability and customer service. As a business owner, I understand the importance of standing behind your work and treating customers fairly. Being told that this situation is somehow my fault, despite documenting the concern years earlier, was frustrating and discouraging. I have always been loyal to Chevrolet and hoped for a better experience. My goal with this review is not to criticize for the sake of criticizing, but to share my experience and hopefully encourage a resolution. I invested over $60,000 in this truck and simply want the vehicle and customer service experience I expected when making that investment.

Long story short... I dropped off the car on Friday and within about 2 hours the diagnostic confirmed it was a valve cover leak. The part was ordered, quoted a fair price, and I had the car back by Monday evening after the weekend. Maybe I got lucky with the timing but I have to say to get that work done in such a quick turnaround really made things a lot easier logistically having one less car. June of 2023, my car was vandalized and the catalytic converter was stolen. Since my son was using…read moremy car he felt bad and felt compelled to get it fixed , so not having much money he ordered the converter online really thought he received the right part. Took it to Stockton muffler, there they proceeded to install the converter and knowing the whole time this part was not right for my car and still put it on, and if that wasn't enough to ad more insult to injury they talked him into putting on a rebar to protect the converter that was clearly not the right part charging him all this money, and at the same time my car needed to be smogged so it went over to a smog shop where of course my car would not pass smog because of the converter that was installed that was clearly NOT the right part, which none of us knew we are not mechanics and trusting both these shops , so between the smog shop charging us for two parts that were never ever needed and Stockton muffler installing the converter and thousand of dollars later, my car still was not passing smog and it sounded like a diesel truck. So very frustrated, disappointed, angry, and dissatisfied with both shops giving us the run around sending us back and forth to both shops for over a year!! We had had enough took my car to another shop where they had my car with the right parts put on and up and running in 45 minutes and course it passed smog and sounded great!!!! I think Stockton muffler should pay us the money back that was spent and time wasted for parts that were not needed and putting on a converter that was clearly not right for my car!! Shameful they took advantage of me and my husband and son and ripped us off of all our hard earned money we spent for them to install these incorrect parts. I would NOT recommend this shop!!
