I found Special Impressions and placed my order on the Saturday before Mother's Day, having little hope that they would actually be delivered on time. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the flowers not delivered in time for the special day. Later in the day on Sunday, I received a long voicemail from the owner, Allen, offering a very heart felt apology for the situation and offering to try and make up for it. So, on the Monday after, my mother received a call from him and they delivered an upgraded bouquet to her place of work. I'm leaving out a lot of small details, but Allen and the whole team at Special Impressions went above and beyond in making up for a situation that was beyond their control, going so far as to reach out to other suppliers looking for flowers that Allen said he would feel comfortable representing the quality his shops strives to deliver. After the flowers were delivered, he followed-up to let me know, with further apologies and a guarantee to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. Over the last 3+ years we've ordered online, gotten free "twigs" from the city and even more. After hearing about the Tree Place from many neighbors, we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a few medium sized trees and The Tree Place was first on our list. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon with our whole family and the shop was super friendly. Mario was our contractor/sales rep and he took great care of us. He even entertained our kids on the golf cart outing roaming around a few of the tree areas that over the 9+ acre store. We ended up getting 4 medium sized trees (3 of the same ones for the side of our house and 1 for the front). All in all, a great experience and we are happy we chose The Tree Place!!!

He failed to properly install certain elements that were specified like weed prevention matting; thus we had tons of weeds come thru our beds. His response was to start spraying and to hire his company to take care of it - clearly a win for his company. He refused to go back and install what was specified. For all of our flower beds, we had other guys go back and install the matting. We also had to use our own maintenance team to clean up the area. Overall, a very poor experience.
