Plus, they really have an eye for detail. I was so surprised to find a one stop shop in a small town. It a little bit of a drive out to Azle, but it is worth it. Just stop worrying about servers, or where to get a bartender, or linens, dishware. They have it all, and the items I had not even thought about. I worked with the Finesse team for my wedding in October 2023. I would give them a 3.5/5 if I…read morecould. I so appreciated Terri for walking me through the details leading up to the wedding and she even set up a tasting with a bartender since we were really concerned about our cocktails and wanted to make sure they tasted they way we wanted. She was extremely friendly and I enjoyed working with her! My issues with Finesse were: - I felt that bartenders weren't informed during my cocktail hour. I had menus and they told guests that we weren't serving a certain wine although I had purchased many bottles and it was on the menu. I asked the groom to get me that drink and he came back and was told no which is so strange being that he was the groom and being that we had the product. - A bridesmaid had purchased an expensive bottle of champagne for me. It was left in the bridal suite and "confiscated" by security and apparently brought to the bartender. I never knew about any of this until the end of the wedding when my bridesmaid was searching for the bottle. I was told that the bartenders must have opened and served it, but this info was never shared with anyone. It was really upsetting to have to search for the gift at the end of the wedding and then to hear that our bartenders were somehow involved. - A few guests shared that one of the bartenders was rude. I didn't see this as I was not at the bar, but was really unhappy to hear that my guests were not treated with respect and kindness. I wonder why that would be. Overall, I didn't choose to work with Finesse but they were a required vendor through my venue. If I had the choice, I would work with Terri again but perhaps choose different bartenders.
