We loaded the truck in record time and followed the truck to the storage area. All hands on deck as we unload everything. Then the place hit me. The security at the gate..know your number! Then the storage rooms are like the hard cold steel of a prison cell. Steel and aluminium glistened form the strong downlighting...I was looking for the security camera and found it tracking my presence. Wow what security. Boy get there early. As we were leaving cars were lined up to secure their goods for whatever reason. The rates for storage are quite reasonable. The manager on site was very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely unprofessional company and I paid top price for it. We are a couple with a small two bedroom house and required our goods to be stored for nearly 4 weeks between homes. This was just way too much organisation for this company to handle and it was a complete debacle from start to finish. The office and management couldn't care less and give no support. I have detailed the entire sorry story and I'm happy to share it with anyone and everyone. I did call the owner of the company at the end of the job and gave him a detailed breakdown of everything that went wrong and his care factor is zero.

When our contractor tried to pick them up the made excuses and eventually said they would deliver to him for $500. I then asked for a signed packing list he was delivering to the contractor but he refused to sen us one so when the goods arrived there were item missing. He then refused to do anything and blamed the other contractor although my goods were insure with him. Then I got a bill for the delivery of the goods with threading emails not eight days or eight weeks but eight months later. Do not use this incompetent bunch of people. As you can guess I told him what to do with the bill.

The man I spoke to on the phone initially was lovely and understood that I needed storage immediately and would be moving as soon as I found a house. I paid the full months fee for the unit - $270. When I was taking my furniture out of the unit today I was told by the very rude and unhelpful employee at the office that there would be a $20 charge for not giving 7 days notice for vacating. I thought that surely she must be mistaken because I am paid up until the 31st of this month (September) which is 3 weeks away and now they are able to make double the amount of money on the unit as I am no longer using it. I understand the need for the weeks notice if it is getting towards the end of the month but I think this is just a little absurd. I am unhappy that I wasn't told about the 7 days notice when I initially booked the unit. I am also unhappy that I had the misfortune to end up using your company and will make sure to let anyone who is looking for storage know not to make the same mistake.
