The worst move you will ever make. Bad experience, in fact the worst moving experience of my life. No communication from the office, no management in charge, no system in place. Extremely unprofessional company and I paid top price for it. We are a couple with a small two bedroom house and required our goods to be stored for nearly 4 weeks between homes. This was just way too much organisation for this company to handle and it was a complete debacle from start to finish. The office and management couldn't care less and give no support. I have detailed the entire sorry story and I'm happy to share it with anyone and everyone. This is the most incompetent company I have come across. We had goods stored and insured by them and when we requested to pick them up leaving us to pay extra storage. When our contractor tried to pick them up the made excuses and eventually said they would deliver to him for $500. I then asked for a signed packing list he was delivering to the contractor but he refused to sen us one so when the goods arrived there were item missing. He then refused to do anything and blamed the other contractor although my goods were insure with him. Then I got a bill for the delivery of the goods with threading emails not eight days or eight weeks but eight months later. Do not use this incompetent bunch of people. Would strongly NOT RECOMMEND! David has treated a very straight forward agreement in a disappointing and deceiving manner. We were left very disheartened with an unprofessional service and no allowance for the issue being resolved. This business operation should not be trusted with any any items you value. Showed up 20 mins late with the wrong size truck. Came back almost an hour later with another truck, (which I was charged for). From there it got worse. They dented my brand new fridge then "genuinely" apologised for the damage caused. Upon payment they "promised" to arrange to get it fixed. On Monday their whole story had changed, claiming the damage was pre-existing and denied ever offering to fix it. The office staff were just as decieving as their workers, telling me they were "investigating" and promised to call me back on four separate occassions - they never called me back. When I finally had the opportunity to speak with the manager, he had the nerve to tell me I should have taken out insurance. read more
