We recently needed repair of work he had done, but he didn't return several calls for over a month. I was worried he was ill or something! His wife finally called me back and yelled at me for trying to steal from them. Never called us, wrote us, or tried to figure out what happened but accused me of cheating them. I had gone to the plumbing store and charged something to his account, because he was going to install it and would bill me labor & parts. Apparently, that was "proof" ...and was reason to rip me up and down. So you don't know me, but take that story and decide for yourself.

On Sunday, 2/8/26 during the extreme cold spell we experienced an issue with one of the units. Seemed that maybe Comfort Pro was having an issue for on-call tech. Tech showed up and checked our unit, advising that it was functioning properly and did readjust the gas valve, and departed. I had another HVAC company respond to check the unit. He said he smelled gas and found that gas line from gas valve to the line leading to the burners was leaking. I took picture of the fluid bubbling up after he sprayed it. Tech told me that the leak could have caused a terrible fire mishap, especially next to the burners. He corrected the issue and the furnace is presently back up to proper heating condition. He said the burners may not have been getting enough gas since it was leaking. We will be calling Comfort Pro on Monday! Should have techs better trained for these situations.
