This store is absolutely amazing! I always walk in and am welcomed at the door and asked how I can be helped. Every employee I have ever come in contact with is amazing. They are also so willing to make things right if they did mess something up. One time I had a necklace that broke that was no longer in the store and they let me pick out something new at the same price to replace the broken item. Bonnie, a Kendra Scott manager, is the one I deal with most at the store. She is always so friendly and so professional. On July 22 during a "special event" I had horrible customer service, while I was shopping in the store an employee who was wearing a TCU shirt, a jean skirt and TCU cowboys just came up to me and took a bracelet from me and took it behind the register, but she didn't ask me if I was done shopping or still deciding about it. After I was there at 9:00am to be in the first 100 customers so I could receive earrings with my purchase of a $100 or more. I was in the first 40 people to be in the store and it was ridiculously terrible customer service for me to receive. I will think again about coming to this location, if this is how they treat customers during a "special event". read more

My girls love Kendra Scott jewelry too but unfortunately we will not purchase anymore pieces in the future. Some of the pieces have already faded even though they were stored in the pouches they came in. These necklaces were given as Xmas gifts and have only been worn on special occasions. Very disappointed in these purchases. The sales associates in the store aren't that friendly either because we're never initially greeted, instead we have to ask for assistance. read more

I love Kendra Scott jewelry but I will never go back to Fort Worth- University location again. Every worker that I've come in contact with is rude. I've heard this from several other people as well. The Fort Worth location is closest to my house, I drive from Burleson to go to Kendra Scott. The jewelry is fun and I love it but it should come with a fun and great buying experience too. Jewelry is expensive and you should feel good about buying it but not when you have to deal with rude customer service. read more

I went into this store to purchase a birthday gift for my mom. I was never greeted and never helped. I did find a pair of earrings to purchase but unfortunately could not get anyone to assist me. They were approaching people that walked in after me and completely ignoring me. This was my first time to walk into this store and it will be my last. I walked out without a gift and was never acknowledged! I will find some place else to spend my money, apparently they didn't need it!! read more

Going into the store on a Thursday afternoon before Mothers Day wasn't the brightest idea because it was so crowded. I went in with my girlfriend and picked my mom a birthstone necklace. When I was in the store with my girlfriend I got awesome service. She saw some earrings she liked but I wanted to get them for her for a surprise. When I returned by myself I stood around for 15 minutes holding these earrings only to be ignored. I would've walked out but I really wanted to surprise her. I couldn't tell who worked there and who was shopping. It seemed like one young brunette was the only one working. She was actually helping another lady with three necklaces and asked her if it was ok if she helped me real quick when she realized nobody else was going to. read more

I was in Fort Worth for the day and decided to pick up a birthday gift for a good friend at the Kendra Scott store, instead of ordering online or purchasing at my local Nordstrom as I normally do. I was extremely surprised by the attitude of the sales associates who did not greet me when I entered the store or as I clearly waited for one to become available. When an associate did become available she acted bothered to help me, gossiped with other sales associates and greeted other customers while I attempted to make conversation with her. When she finished up the necklace she pointed me towards the register and that was the end of our interaction. The only positive part of my purchase was the woman who checked me out who was fabulous and happily wrapped up the gift when I asked if it was possible. Overall I am still disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced during my visit and don't think I'll continue to shop in store after my frustrating and uncomfortable experience trying to get help. read more

I've been to this location many times, so I'll start there. The sales people are friendly but most are not helpful, that is if you can get anyone to actually help you. I have waited and waited and actively searched out people to help me. They really don't seem that interested in selling anything. Anyway, they rarely have what I am looking for, and I end up going home and ordering online. The second issue is the lack of quality. The jewelry looks nice in the store but the quality is very poor, especially for the price. The plating started wearing off one of my necklaces after a few months. An online CS rep admitted they had been having manufacturing problems and when I took it in to show them, the salesperson actually told me I couldn't expect it to last more than a year or so! I also had a mount break off a necklace several months ago. Fortunately, they still had the same setting and replaced it. I just got a pair of earrings for Christmas and the post broke off one as I was taking it off the cardboard holder, never even got to wear it. They no longer carried the setting and couldn't repair or replace it. Their solution? Store credit! No thanks, I'll super glue it and never buy anything else there again. I love kendra scott, i enjoy her jewelry so much and i usually only shop online when it comes to her items but i have always been curious how the store in fort worth was. WELL WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE!!!!! Not only did it take someone 20 minutes to finally ask if i needed help but i got the most rudest and nastiest looks from about every worker in the store! But i tried to put that aside as i finally got asked if i needed help, this young lady was so rude to me literally asked what i wanted and pointed in the direction instead of helping me and showing me the product!!! I usually love coming to this location but pretty upset with my last visit. My fiancé is a teacher/coach so we have struggled to find the time to travel 30 mins to the nearest Kendra Scott location during his birthday month due to his busy schedule. One of the employees told me that if he sends me a picture of his ID and emails the store giving me permission to use it that they could apply his birthday discount to my transaction. So he calls the store asking for their email and one of the associates tells him not to worry about emailing because she will just write his name down at the registers. Once I get there, they tell me no one has called the store. So I call my fiancé and he told me the exact time he called and that he called the correct location. The supervisor ended up giving me the discount yes, which was appreciated but I did not appreciate the 5 times they told me that in the future he has to be in the store... I'm well aware. Very passive aggressive at this location. Disappointed in their lack of communication as well. Something that should've only taken 5 minutes ended up taking 20 minutes. I was about ready to just leave and not give this location my business again. read more

Staff is really arrogant. They weren't helpful at all. The jewelry isn't great, either. Two people needed things repaired... Bad sign. It was all costume-looking junk. Junk jewelry for huge markups. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! IT IS ONLY EXPENSIVE COSTUME JEWELRY THAT WILL TARNISH! GO BUY SOMETHING THAT IS ACTUALLY REAL SILVER AND GOLD!!!! Just went to this store location with my boyfriend to return a bracelet that had tarnished. Was shocked that something from Kendra Scott had tarnished but apparently almost everything there is silver/gold plated, which means it's fake silver and gold! How appalling that this kind of company is so highly priced but has jewelry that tarnishes!!!! For the kind of money my boyfriend spent on this bracelet which was $95, I expected something classier than a tarnishing bracelet after 3 months. Also when we both entered the store one girl helped us get a refund, but not after a few snide comments about how I shouldn't wear the bracelet in the shower. Forgive me but I thought since the bracelet was just under $100, I figured the bracelet wouldn't tarnish!!!! Not to mention I have nicer jewelry that's just over $100 and it's sterling silver and has never tarnished because I wear them both in the shower. So my main question here is why are you selling jewelry at such a high price when it tarnishes so easily? Lastly, the girl who worked there was nice enough to give us a refund, but after that it was IMPOSSIBLE to tell who worked in the store!!!!!! My boyfriend and I stood there for ten minutes without being asked if we needed any help, which we did. I was determined to find something that wouldn't tarnish and had NO IDEA if any of the jewelry on display was silver/gold plated or sterling silver! These employees at this place act like entitled brats. They act like they are above the customers needs. Seemed like all the employees were doing was disappearing into the back room every 10 seconds to run some "errand". I am so disappointed with this store and this brand. I cannot believe how highly priced this jewelry is and how the employees act at this store. Not sure what to do with a $100 gift card right now at this point. Walked into this store several times, never been offered help and no one greets me even when it's not that crowded. And when it is crowded, good luck getting any service at all or trying to purchase anything, you'll be waiting for 30 mins at least. read more
