I've been buying KS jewelry since it came out. I've bought over 50 pieces. with that being said I can only use very few due to it tarnishing beyond repair. Oh my goodness! I've never received such an award winning guest service as I did on Sunday September 8, 2024! I went in to get my daughter and granddaughter's necklaces cleaned and I was looking for a gift for a coworker that wasn't too expensive and the customer service I received was really just amazing. My daughter and I went in to look around for a possible Christmas gift for my daughters co-worker. We walked in and within 1 second a salesperson was saying hello do you needed help finding something. We told her we were just looking she said ok. Then another salesperson immediately walked up and said the same exact thing word for word. We said again we were just looking. We took 3 steps and ANOTHER salesperson walked up said (yes you guess it) hello do you needed any help finding something? A G A I N, we are just looking. Now we are getting annoyed. All 3 of these salespeople are watching us like hawks. It was very UNCOMFORTABLE. We were so uncomfortable we left and will not be back to this location. We appreciate being asked if we needed help but 3 salespeople in less than 1 minutes is a little overboard and annoying. read more

First time I ever picked up in a store and it'll be the last. I called because the email told me to call past a 24 hr period. Employee that I spoke to got upset that I called 27 hrs into my order ? I told her I never did a store pick up so sorry for asking. Then when I get there, maybe because I had scrubs on, maybe something else but it felt.. not the R word.. but biased. I walked in with another gentleman who came right after me.. he was helped immediately while I stood at the register waiting for help. By the time I got help and my items.. I opted for a gift wrapping on my purchases and the employee just handed me my items in a bag with the material to do it myself. I like the brand.. but treating customers nicely can go a long way. I have been shopping at the Towne Lake Kendra Scott store since it first opened and have always had a good experience with their customer service until today. I walked in with a return. I did not have my receipt however I knew they can look up my purchase history. I was greeted by one girl with a smile but as soon as I told her I had a return her demeanor changed. Before I could speak, the girl was quick to tell me need proof of purchase to return and sale items are final. I told her I know you can look up my purchase history. Never had any issues in past. Long story short, they found my proof of purchase and issued a gift card. The girl gave me a dirty look as she handed me my gift card and said nothing to me. I went into the store to buy a birthday present. The sales woman was very helpful and ai found the perfect gift. Since ai was there and wearing a bracelet from Kendra Scott ai asked her how to best clean my bracelet as it appeared to have tarnished. She offered to clean it for me snd took it to the back. She returned with a brand new bracelet and told me she wasn't able to clean my old one so the store wanted to replace it. Best customer service, I will be back to this store! Really cute story and perfect location! It is roomy unlike the store in City Centre. I found what I wanted and as soon as I started looking for help, someone made eye contact and came over quickly to ask what I needed. Its my birthday week and I've never been in Kendra Scott. Like NEVER but I got a necklace and a gift card so I was like I need more lol. I walked in like what do I do. Kristine Turner was the sales associate who helped me little did I know she was the assistant manager. She was so kind & sweet literally guided me through every step & really took the time to figure out my style. I didn't find the color of stone I wanted but that wasn't a problem she took me to the color bar let me know the process of what she was doing in helping me choose the perfect stone for me to go with the perfect jewelry for my everyday life. I left with a bracelet and earrings . I will definitely be going back to build a Kendra Scott collection lol I'll definitely look for Kristine the next time I'm in there. if I could give this place zero stars I would because I came in here a year ago for my birthday and I was greeted two times after letting them know I wanted to look before going to the color bar and they still proceeded to ask me if I was ready to go to the color to start my design then I came back today with my brother and was greeted four times by two the same two people and they kept asking me if there was an item that I was interested in and then asked if I was gonna get anything today after I asked, I wanted to look around before I needed help they walked away, got on their phones and then 10 minutes later I got asked again the same question while I was still looking around a different section out of my four years of customer service seeing and working retail I would never treat a customer like this. Worst service ever next time you hire an employee make sure that they don't constantly ask the customer if they need help give them space and time. read more

I love Kendra jewelry. The staff seemed very sweet every time that I've ever come in. However this last time was different. (11/2). A member of staff who introduced herself to me as Shanel was immediately on me when I walked through the door. Not a second to breathe. She was on me like white on rice the entire time I was in the store. She didn't leave me alone for a second, I felt like I couldn't have time to myself in the store to just look. I left after realizing I wouldn't be left alone. Later that day hoping she was gone I came back with my daughter, only to hear Shanel talking to another staff member about "how to greet customers and deliver great customer service" HA! She knows nothing about great customer service. She knows how to genuinely make people uncomfortable, she also doesn't know how talk about people away from customers. Especially when it's about the customer. Poor choice in staffing. read more
