It took me a while to decide to even waste my time writing this review because I know nothing will come of it , hopefully the right people will see it and decide not to shop here or hold them accountable. My husband purchased my wedding ring from here in 2018 every 5/6 months I get it cleaned I have had to get it resized twice. Not one time has anyone and I mean anyone stated that I should have been receiving service orders every time I brought it in until I recently lost a diamond now all of a sudden they never serviced the ring the ring was never cleaned their is no record of the ring ever being in the store yet it's been sized ? And to make matters worse the manager stated lady with short hair even though you bring it in to be cleaned unless you tell us it's for the six months we don't long it? So you really think I have been coming here since 2018 every 5/6 to just look at y'all clean my ring and sell me other jewelry? I purchased my husbands wedding ring, 2 watch's , a gold man's bracelet and a chain for my son I won't be back. I hope whoever reads this makes sure that when they go in for a cleaning make them give you paperwork because I honestly thought they were logging mine because every time I came in they asked for my name and the phone number it was purchased under then they took it to the back cleaned said nothing was missing and gave it back. I called the corporate office and was advised that the matter would be taken care of and of course it wasn't. So basically I wouldn't advise anyone to shop here !!! Went in and there weren't many workers. Waited ... bot sure ...10-15 minutes probably. It felt like more. Someone did acknowledge our presence and thanked us for waiting. We needed a re-sizing of a Zales ring purchased online. They quoted about $80 to re-size or $105 for the protection plan (which includes re-sizing, future repairs, if you get regular checks, etc.) It seemed a little steep, and googling agrees that it should've been ~3/4 of that, but we already invested some time and weren't sure what it should cost or other options, so we just went for it. We noted after leaving that they had not estimated for us when we'd get it back. That would be helpful. The employees seemed helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Fairly good selection and as long as you can time it right they help you take advantage of sales, and always try to find coupons to help you get the best deal. The designer that comes once in a while for shows is amazing. I had a diamond and he really helped me finding the right setting. It was hard to find the right ring to fit my diamond but he was excellent. The first setting we chose wasn't exactly the right ring for my diamond. He agreed and had no problem helping me pick a new one that better suited my ring and preference. read more

Due to covid I have been shopping more online than usual(I'm sure everyone is doing the same). So I made the mistake on purchasing a bridal ring at Zales.com, I was upset about the whole online experience, but this was my fault for trusting a Virtual advisor. The ring did not meet my expectations, it was extremely small and I can guarantee it was not worth the price. I immediately called the closest Zales store (outlet mall location) to see what options I had, I honestly felt rushed and our conversation felt so short. After the disappointed call I decided to call the next Zales store (Copperfield location) where I had the honor to speak to Ms. Jessica who was patient, attentive and extremely informative on the online returning process. My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2009 along with the warranty/service plan. When he purchased the warranty we were told that repairs would happen in-store and take no more than three days. That was the promise. I have been very happily getting my ring maintenance here,as promised, until last year - then things changed for the worse. My ring, which is a symbol of our love and union is now shipped off to some unknown location. I was unhappy about that and told the sales lady that it makes me very anxious to have my ring in the mail. It's been gone now for just a day under two weeks!! I called this store, and asked for the status. She said that my ring arrived just two days after I left it at their store. But, then they informed me that my ring maintenance would take THREE weeks!! I have a simple rhodium service done to my ring every year. That's all. It takes a couple minutes to do. But their service commitment has dropped from three days to three weeks? How is that anywhere close to good customer service? For this reason, I will NEVER buy anything else from Zales, nor from any other Signet Jeweler: Jared, Kay, Gordon's, etc. read more

I would not recommend this place. Now if you want your ring cleaned it takes about 3 weeks Bc they only send them off now. I need my ring cleaned about once a month so now it's like pointless to have a wedding ring Bc it's always going to be in the shop. Note to zales: BRING BACK HAVING A JEWELER ONSITE A FEW DAYS A WEEK! since they have stopped having the jeweler there I am disappointed in them and feel like they don't care. My husband and I met Jessica when we visited the Copperfield location to pick out my wedding band. She was patient and helpful and didn't seem like she was hurrying us along....giving us great customer service with care. We got engaged and planned a fast wedding and when it came time to get the rings, we got nervous because the turn around time we needed was pretty quickly. We ordered the bands (2 which needed to be sent off to be sized) at the very end of June and had them in my possession July 13! We were very pleased and more than anything, Jessica was so amazing. I've been back 2 or 3 times and she seems to remember me and my now husband and is always a pleasure to work with. I hope there isn't a day I show up and she isn't there! read more
