I secured a second bid and ended up going with Alfonso. He was very easy to work with, and his work crew shared his same joy as they bantered and laughed with each other throughout their time on the job. Then I started to get estimates for local and whole roof repair. I got 3 quotes from bigger, more established companies. Their quotes were all pretty close, high 20's-low 30's. As luck would have it, Angel Carrillo just knocked on my door. He saw the tarp on the roof and offered to give us a quote. And boy, am I glad he did. Angel showed me how they use a self-adhesive layment that is more expensive but much stronger and longer-lasting than what other companies go with. I checked them out online. I spoke with Anthony, the young owner and Angel's older brother. His dad taught him the business. Well, after Anthony described the whole process and timelines, etc., I went with them, not only because they were extremely price competitive but because I felt very comfortable that they would do what they said they would do...and they really did. Very professional, great communication, great work! They are the BEST!!!
