Sergio, the owner and lead instructor, greeted me promptly when I arrived, asked me some questions about my interest and experience, and then introduced me to Melissa, another instructor that would assist him in our beginner class of six students.
The one hour class was exactly what I had been looking for! Sergio and Melissa were extremely knowledgeable and patient with our group of beginners. I was especially impressed by the level of technical detail explained for both for "leads" and "follows," and the amount of practice we were able to complete during the hour that much too quickly passed.
After the class, I was invited to stay for a second hour to try the intermediate class taught by Jess, another extremely capable instructor. While this class of eight students was more difficult for me, Jess was very helpful and put me at ease as I struggled.
I very much enjoyed both classes, found the teachers and other students friendly and enthusiastic, and immediately purchased a pass for the month. I can't wait to return!
