Modern , new apartments, pet friendly and close to I 81. High ceilings, elevator, air-conditioning,…read more washer and dryer in unit and low utility bills. Competent, professional, available and friendly staff! I've had minimal maintenance concerns and they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Nice transitional place for me, but possibly a longer stay for you. Call and speak to Karen or Jane for information and a tour.

There are many things nice about these apartments such as the appliances kitchen and bathrooms, but…read morethere are many downsides that heavily outweigh the pros of living here in my opinion. To begin with the downsides it costs me $1430 a month to rent an apartment here with 1 dog, in this areas you can find places with a fenced off yard, whole rental house, and parking/garage for less than $1000 you can even find places like that around here for $750-$850 if the time of year is right. Another negative of being here is the living packed in like sardines, I didn't initially consider this and I didn't consider many other things. I am extremely fortunate and I have a college fund that has been currently paying my college tuition and my rent, this is my first apartment and I honestly wasn't thinking about price because of my situation (I know how stupid), What I'm trying to communicate though is if you're someone who actually works a job or you're actually trying to watch money and you're not spending it frivolously this is an absurd rent to pay and you can find a such a better place for so much cheaper. There's people here from New York and Philly who this this rent is normal and therefor move in, I'm telling you it's not normal for this area take your time looking this ain't it. I don't know if I've been a d!ckhead in the past to any of their workers but I do know their property manager Jane is extremely unpleasant/more so plain rude, no offense to you Jane it is what it is. If you're reading this and haven't already signed the lease or put down the deposit I'm urging you and begging you to look elsewhere I'm sorry if this affects your business Lexington but it's the plain truth in my opinion, peace out everyone and have a blessed day. Tl;Dr looks amazing on the outside hellish for someone who likes peace, privacy and genuine respect not 2 faced dubious treatment looking from the inside... and NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY FOR WHAT YOU CAN GET OUT HERE.

They use only the best products and have a level of integrity that is hard to find anymore. Highly recommend for issues with water, mold, or cracks in your basement or crawlspace.

My house was built in 1950. For 20+ years, whenever it continuously rained hard, or we'd get a…read moretorrential thunderstorm, we knew exactly which areas water would hydrostatically seep in as the water table rose. We would go through dozens of towels and often run 5-gallon shopvacs to try to keep streams of water from flowing across the floor and pooling into the finished part of our basement. Finally, I had enough. I called a few basement repair companies to come in, survey the problem, and give us estimates. The Basement Expert, with their simple approach, no-nonsense guarantee, and not trying to oversell us or suggest unnecessary steps, won the job. I couldn't be happier with their work! The job was done by a group of hardworking but affable guys. During the day, the foreman consulted with us and explained things every step of the way. The owner even showed up to check on the work and ask me how things were going. The job was completed and cleaned up in one day without too much disruption to our household. Since then we've had several storms that would've saturated scores of towels and repeatedly filled up the shopvac, including TS Debbie when it inundated our area with over 6 inches of rain in less than 24 hours. My basement now? Not a drop. It's true that one point early on, I saw a patch wetness in the concrete close to the edge of the new drainage line, but not real concerned about it. However, they had told me, "If you see any water at all, call us." So I did. They came right away and in about 2 hours tied that spot into the line, free of charge. The system has worked flawlessly ever since. Now, thanks to The Basement Expert, I can enjoy watching storms from my porch or living room instead of being confined to the basement and the drudgery of struggling against leaks coming in. I highly recommend these guys. Craig H
