I called and spoke to Virgil, who came right out. I told him that I was impressed with the way the technicians don't just try to sell you on something. He said that is how his company does business. Love it! Again, he was honest and told us that amazingly, the duct work in the other house was great and we didn't need to replace it. He told us once we had the drywall installed, to call for installation. He had given us a nice quote, good for 90 days and he honored that.
