Like I said, this amp is my baby. So I called right at two weeks and Jerry politely told me that it wasn't ready yet. I then called at three week. Again he told me it wasn't ready yet. I could tell he was trying his best to take care of a needy customer (me). Before the end of the third week Jerry called and gave me a run down of what all was repaired on my amp. I stopped by and picked her up. The staff was polite and was ready to help. The price was more than I had expected, but they explained everything to ensure I was happy. Great place and great guys!
