He…read moreis a nice guy but knows nothing about what he is talking about when it comes to dishwashers. He works for Samsung as well as Red River Appliance and that is what we saw him for, our brand new Samsung dishwasher. Our issue we had was when we would run a cycle, we would open the machine a few hours after starting it and there would be inches of water sitting in the bottom. The first time Garrett came out he told us there was "too much soap" in our dishwasher so he "flushed it out". Fast forward, he leaves and we run another load of dishes (way less soap now) and then the dishwasher does the exact same thing. We call him out again, this time he says "maybe you need to cut a hole through your countertop and run the drain hose higher up (it was already at the recommended height and we also had this checked prior to him coming out in which we were told we had it placed correctly). So, we do what he recommends again and then he leaves. Then, of course, the dishwasher does the same thing again. Finally, this 3rd time he is scheduled to come out, he cancels the service an hour before he is supposed to be here and comments "canceling due to nothing wrong with the product" so, Garrett Jones.. thank you for absolutely nothing. If I could rate him less than one star.. I would

I believe there is a new management team, but don't know for certain. Every time we've had something come up, Mike Graham's team has been very involved with getting the repairs done. They send a photo/text of your technician and the technician will usually call to tell you the approximate time they will be at your house. Some of our experiences since being here are A water heater that needed to be replaced. It was about 15 years old. Fast forward 1 year that same water heater malfunctioned and Mike Graham's team quickly came out and replaced it free of charge and with no service fee. Our HVAC system was about 20 years old and went out. Chris was extremely helpful and available even after normal hours. He provided me with several options that we could do to get the HVAC system back online. With each option, he gave me the pros and cons. I didn't feel any pressure from him. He let me and my family take our time with a repair that comes with a huge price tag. While we were making our decision, Chris had his team drop off 2 home AC units to keep the house cool. The AC units kept our kids and our bedroom cool. We had a water softener put in recently and we've noticed the water has been leaking over the top of the unit. They replaced the drainage system today so we will see how it does with the new improvements. Chuck was really involved and explained the whole process to me. They let me know they don't paint or texture the wall, but that's a minor inconvenience in the garage. Overall, I have been impressed with Mike Graham's service and I'll continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

I was physically and emotionally exhausted and needed to make urgent decisions regarding the home, including replacing the air conditioning system. I contacted Mike Graham and paid approximately $5,600 for an air conditioning unit. After the installation, I learned that two other companies would have charged substantially less for comparable work. When I raised concerns about the pricing, I requested either reimbursement for the apparent overcharge or removal of the unit with a full refund. The company agreed to remove the unit. However, after signing paperwork during that stressful time, I later realized that instead of receiving a full refund for the removed unit, I was refunded only the approximate difference between what I had paid and what other companies reportedly would have charged, resulting in an approximate loss of $4,000. This experience was financially upsetting and especially difficult given the circumstances under which I was making urgent decisions while grieving my father's death and managing a distressed property from another city.
