The other girl (Patricia I believe) doing my daughters hair though was quite the contrary. My daughter shows her a picture of exactly what she would like done. Now because I know that it can sometimes take a few appointments to attain the look your looking for, I specifically ask her if this could be done in that sitting since we would be attending a wedding out of state later that month. She assured me it could be done. Not only did it NOT look like the picture she continued to argue with both me and my 15 year old daughter that she did the best she could! What?! She did not offer to correct the color which would've been the right thing to do. However what upset me the most was her attitude towards us. My daughter is very shy and became very uncomfortable with the whole situation. She became rude and even somewhat sarcastic for no apparent reason. I left quite unsatisfied with the lack of quality and customer care that this place has to offer. Zero stars if possible.

I usually dread getting my haircut because it is a little difficult to work with - thick, long, curly, and ontop of it I am super picky. Not to mention pregnancy hormones making it even thicker! I saw a rave review for Shahd at another salon and was disappointed to hear she wasn't working there anymore. But google to the rescue. I found out that she now works here and called immediately for an appointment. The salon itself is super cute and cozy. Great decor and ambiance. I felt welcome as soon as I stepped in. Shahd is great at what she does, she really listens to you and makes sure you are comfortable with what you are getting done. She is very knowledgeable about all things hair and has lots of great advice on styling and haircare. I left with a great new cut, and a silky smooth blowout.
