I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! I contacted the customer service number as soon as they opened the following day. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would be contacted in fifteen minutes. As of this post it has been a few hours. This is not the first time this company has had issues with scheduled deliveries. It previously took two-half weeks to receive a delivery. Each time I am given a nonsense excuse as to why delivery was not made. You may want to consider another reliable company who provides better customer service and logistics.
