Professionally speaking the worst of it is that the measurements were wrong and it was constant running to the hardware store using more of my money.. Mike was nice but if you want a professional crew I'd keep looking. The job is ok. Not professional. Crooked cuts to the window frames, they left a live electric wire hanging and it's still there. Staining is bad, and the worst part is the entire 300 square feet wasn't thought out. And of course the obvious as soon as I paid in full I never saw them again. They left a nice mess! Windows came in quicker than expected and workers completed the job within the estimated time frame. The windows are good quality, installed professionally and everything was cleaned up. When we arrived to inspect the job, we were happy to see brand new sparkling windows. House is quieter, cooler and more secure. Atlas' retro-fit installation method is flawless.
