As good as those two items were, the scallops I had with their cracker-encrusted light breading were the epitome of simple, sauteed, buttery-by-nature seafood; they were the best version of scallops like that I've ever had. And the dessert...just perfect for so many reasons; crispy and gooey caramelized bananas, a good amount of vanilla ice cream and the best cinnamony syrup sauce that I couldn't stop lapping up. I know that is something that is challenging to control in a restaurant space but please try to take care of it. It made dining very challenging and there are very simple solutions to deal with this.
