Their service and installation was excellent. They received a low score because they use…read more"invoice2go" to bill their customers. When you go to pay via Visa or Mastercard, Lakeside glass and invoice2go FAIL to tell you that there is a "transaction fee". In my case the bill came to $1239 but I paid out $1277.63...with invoice2go telling me AFTER I paid that there is a $38.63 fee that was ADDED to the invoice! BEWARE customers of Lakeside glass and paying for their service via INVOICE2GO....RIPEOFF!!! The owner repaid me $40 in cash and told me that he changed the settings at invoice2go so that customers would not have the fee added to the invoice.
