Not only did they book me for a same-day appointment, they fixed my windows ahead of schedule AND under budget. I even got to pet Marloe (the office dog) while I sat in the waiting area. I thought that was a great price as I had paid far more years earlier. Then I got a quote from MasterGlass at 50% of that price. My son in law recommended them as he had a similar experience. They had the glass in stock at the West Kelowna shop and it was done in 45 minutes. How do they do it? They do only Autoglass. They do a bunch of them every day and get discounts directly from the manufacturer for bulk orders. There are a million Ford F250s like mine running around so these guys order a bunch of windshields at super low prices. The other guys where windshields are just part of the business buy one off orders without the discount. Highly recommended. I don't run the Coquihalla in the winter anymore so hopefully I won't need to visit them again anytime soon. But I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

I had to get insurance to drive it to them for the estimate. After the estimate I contacted the advisor Todd about mid March and left three messages. He did not return any of my calls. Fortunately my insurance adjuster was able to give me the name of an independent auto/motorhome repair guy who did the job on time and did an amazing job.
