I personally am going through some warranty issues on my new rv and am having a terrible time navigating with the company I purchased through which in turn is taking its toll on my health. Terry being intuitive and in the business for some time now realized things were not going as per specifications and questioned the whole procedure. Upon further investigation realizing I am getting given a total run around and that I truly have no idea of my rights in this situation Terry has taken it upon himself to help me straighten this out. WOW! Thank you stranger! You deserve all things great in this world! Thank you Terry!

I stopped by the West Kelowna Steven's Rd location and spoke with your manager Ben again. I was told I would hear from the Operations Manager who is away on vacation. The paint job from your shop is bubbling and so is my anger and frustration from getting a poor repair and no resolution. Ben told me today that I hurt his feelings. I offered him my empathy and let him know I spent my career in customer service for more than 30 years so I understand. I have included pictures below and will continue to advertise and share my story until Craftsman Collision repairs it right.

The staff at the dealership agreed it should be a warranty issue and sent us to the body shop of their choice for an estimate which they in turn sent to the Toyota dealership. The dealership said they would send it in and should have an answer in a week. No phone call. Went back to Kelowna Toyota dealership had to remind Cary what the issue was. She couldn't even find our file on it and had to send back to the body shop to resend the estimate and photos. Oct 2025 Soon afterwards they told us they needed MORE DETAILED photos to make a decision. Marek came out to our house to take more photos and he said it was definitely an issue! Turns out seven other people at this dealership alone (maybe more by now) are having the same problem! Several calls later with Marek but still no approval. Dec 2025 Was promised a call from Casey for Tuesday Dec 9. no call received! Today is Dec 15 and still haven't heard anything. Time for more calls, this time to HQ. Worst possible service , brand new vehicle with a malfunctioning rear liftgate and a full warranty worth nothing!! Still love the Sienna just really hate the service. We certainly tell everyone about the poor service and recommend if they want a Toyota they should shop elsewhere! So far this is the fifth month since we first applied to have it repaired and I have contacted or attempted to contact the dealership 20 times. Left messages on peoples recording and Marek is the only one who has ever returned a call and even then making promises that are not fulfilled. This is totally unacceptable !! We expect no more delays!!!This needs to get full attention and get fixed!!!!! NOW!!!!!

Response from Kelowna Bmw over a water leak possible warranty issue I had;…read more"Our Service Manager who discussed your situation with you explained in detail that we would bring your vehicle into our shop to diagnose what the repair solution would be. Your factory warranty expired in November 2021. It is always important that we discuss upfront how the repair process would go including costs associated when the manufacturer warranty has expired and in your case this has been for 2 1/2 years. The extended corrosion warranty has to do with corrosion rusting though body panels which for your BMW X5M is not the case. BMW Canada has a very good warranty and will stretch in many situations when it makes sense. Kelowna BMW's service team has been very diligent trying to work with you on your external water leak and will continue to work with you at your request. Delivering the news that someone's warranty has expired is not something that anyone on our team likes to have to discuss, that facts in this situation Scott are the facts. We can fix your vehicle's issue but the manufacture will not cover the cost so far past your warranty expiry date. Kind regards, Gord Hayes Kelowna BMW/MINI Kelowna." My review starts here; The above is reply from someone I have never dealt with at kelowna Bmw. He is not a part of the solution. Cannot imagine having a major issue and this is who you are banking on to help you. My initial four year warranty was up but that is an odd story. The dealership had sold my suv previously to numerous buyers and kept their cash deposits. But the dealership also started the warranty as it sat in the showroom for many months, maybe well over a year? My suv bought in 2019 with currently 45km door was filling with water. Any one with common sense would estimate there is going to be corrosion on the bare metal and electrical. To the naked eye I can see corrosion as leather door card is warped and bubbling. I hoped the bmw 12 year rust and corrosion warranty could apply? The service manager in kelowna did explain to me I am wasting my time as Bmw would not warranty common issue. He also said I would be paying for the labor of warranty application? BMW never had a chance to "stretch" a warranty as it was not submitted due to kelowna Bmw talking me out of applying. The word diligent is used to asses my water damage. No one even left their seat to look at the obvious corrosion. If that's "diligence" or the "facts" I am confused. Kelowna Bmw almost soured me on Bmw as a brand. Fortunately for me, BMW Canada and other BMW dealers did not use the same tact as kelowna Bmw. It was an easy fix and all doors were done to be thorough. Ps, now I know why Kelowna has a high number of great German specific garages for after warranty service. Buyer beware!
