I have never written a negative review before, but I wish somebody would have told me before I came to get my nails done here. I got acrylics here a few times with Kelly, she is very sweet and does great work. Whenever they needed to be filled I would come in. After a few fills I decided I want my nails to breathe and decided to soak them until they came off at home. When I got them off I had a finger nail infection. I have never had a finger nail infection. I did not have one until I got acrylics here. It took months of applying ointments and always keep it clean/away from the rest of my other fingers for it to finally heal. I asked for a refund on at least one of my appointments so I could pay for a doctor/medication and she never even responded to me. I'm angry that not only did I get an infection, but she made no attempt to rectify it. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I have been meaning to write a review forever but when I saw a negative review on Kelly's Yelp last week I was so disgusted I had to make the time. I have been going to Kelly for pink and white sets and fills for well over 10 years. A nail technician who is proficient in pink and white acrylics is a rarity and let me tell you , Kelly is amazing! I am attaching a picture of my nails just after a regular fill. Not a new set. Haley should be embarrassed and remove her review. She rents out a suite and works alone. It gives the customer a private setting with Kelly only focusing on you. **Since this is a one person business, she does not take walk ins! I really feel awful to write this review but it's only right to do so. I don't know where the other reviews came from if they are made up or not but this is the worst nail job ever! Kelly is very nice and friendly but seriously awful nails. The gel painted was "chunky" and smudged looking at best. I was shocked. I politely pointed out the mistakes and mess (gel polish all on my cuticles!) and she welcomed me to come back later. There was one walk in she said she had to take. Seriously! I'm here now and already paid! I thought that was bad business. Anyhow, I came back hoping it was a fluke and it would be better this time. Unfortunately it was not. I would not recommend nor do I agree with the single dollar price rating. It was at least 2 or 3 dollar signs.
