They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. BEWARE.

They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

(Stop Doing It Yourself) and hired Ruby Red Cleaning to deep clean our home as we prepared for the arrival of our first baby. I just did not have the energy at that time and it was such a gift to have someone come and tackle all those pesky chores I had been putting off. We had a great experience with the Ruby Red team of two cleaners and all the communications were easy & clear via text message and their website. They have a very streamlined process which we really appreciate. It was so nice having a clean, dust-free house and after I gave birth, we decided to continue using their services for routine monthly cleanings. After your house has been deep cleaned, the routine maintenance becomes much more manageable and does not cost as much. We found a schedule that works with our budget and now just about a year later, It's been the best way to "treat myself" as a new mom. Our little guy is already on the move, crawling all over the place, and I've had peace of mind knowing that our floors are not dirty and he can be free to explore his surroundings. They also use eco-friendly baby safe cleaning products with no harsh chemicals which was another important factor for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Ruby Red Cleaning for your residential cleaning needs!

Last year, while my wife was pregnant and close to giving birth to our son, we decided to treat…read moreourselves to a cleaning service and opted for a deep cleaning so that our baby could come home to a super clean house. We had so much going on at the time and just didn't have the time or energy to clean our home ourselves so Ruby Red really came in clutch. We received a quote quickly and cleaners were able to come the week that my wife was scheduled to go the hospital. The cleaners did an amazing job and were both very friendly. We have a smaller house and they were great about navigating the tight spaces and asking questions about certain areas where necessary. Well, as most new parents know, the first few months were chaotic and we were perpetually tired so before we knew it, our house was trashed and we needed Ruby Red's services once again. This time, we went with their basic cleaning package ($150) and it only differed in a few areas, most notably, we had 1 cleaner this time around instead of 2, and certain areas were cleaned a little differently. This package worked well for our budget and once we were able to get on our own feet again, we were able to fill the gaps when needed, like the baseboards, air vents, and other areas that are normally add-ons. As a guy who grew up lower income, this was a difficult expense to continue to do regularly but living in a smaller house, every part of the house is a "high traffic" area so it all gets messy/dirty quickly. After how well those first two cleanings went, we decided to continue the service monthly! I pride myself on being able to tackle the cleaning myself, and still do, but over the course of a month of cleaning and tidying the house myself, while being a first-time dad, it's honestly EXTREMELY helpful having a cleaner come once a month to take the pressure off of me and my wife. We've now been using their services for under a year now and have been very happy with the ease of communication, billing + tipping system, and the friendly staff that clean our home. A few things to note: they're an eco-friendly cleaning product service so they won't use harsh products like bleach when they clean your home. They're very clear and upfront about what they can and cannot do on their website, as well as what's included in their pricing so be sure to browse their site and ask all of the right questions during your first consult. They take detailed notes on their end and will clean areas to your preference without having to be reminded each month, even if a different cleaner comes to clean. We honestly look forward to this service each month now - 10 out 10 highly recommend.

Finally, I found cleaning staff that does not just push dirt around but ACTUALLY cleans your house with attention to detail including edges and corners. They are constantly moving and cleaning with a sense of urgency and importance which I truly appreciate and have never seen before. They managed to EXCEED my expectations which are very high. I started to worry that I will never find anybody to clean the house the way I want them to until today. I had at least 6 different cleaning companies before and non of them were as professional and detail oriented and efficient as the staff from today. I also like how I did not have to point out things that needed to be cleaned...they knew what needed to be cleaned and the result is OUTSTANDING! Unlike other companies that I researched in the area they clean what needs to be cleaned or whatever you feel you want to specify (they do not force you into a package). With THIS company I did not have any headache, they scheduled me easily, they arrived as expected, they left my house clean beyond my imagination. I am so happy, there are no words to describe how happy I am and how relieved I am to not have to continue looking for any other cleaning companies. My journey ended here and I will for always be a loyal and happy customer. By writing this review I am risking that they will get more clients and not clean my house in the future but I feel strongly that they deserve my praise and my most highest recommendations and last but not least I hope they will continue to clean my house. Thank you for making me a truly happy, and satisfied customer. COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES in this area they were very, very reasonably priced. Other companies that I contacted would have wanted me to sign up for their plans which did not meet my needs and why would anybody want to sign up for something that they have never even tried before anyway?! Also with THIS company if you like the person who cleaned your job you can request that same person which is something that I learned the hard way other(!) companies in this area do not do. Other companies first send you a good cleaning person and then after you sign up you get somebody that you will not be happy with you are stuck. As I am writing this there are no yelp reviews for this company but I am so lucky that I gave them a chance because I feel like I gained so much and now I will be able to sleep better at night knowing my house will get the cleaning it needs by people who care and who are true professionals in their service industry. After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over.
