    Fire burger and beans
    Sherry B.

My burger was huge. I got the "fire" with jalapeño, Monterey Jack cheese, thick cut bacon and ranch on a well tasted bun. I ate half as it was a half pounder and cooked medium like I requested. The baked beans were good. My friends had the fried chicken sandwich and they were huge!! I'll come back!

I've been here before and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. This was my first time on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised with the specials...$3 taps....even Guinness! They also had .50 cent wings, but I was in the mood for pizza. The toppings were very fresh and delicious. There was a good crowd due to the Bucks game and NFL draft and it was easy to see on the multiple TV's (I counted at least 22). They were staffed properly and I never had to wait for a drink. The bartenders were very friendly and provided great service with a smile. They also had live music. It was a 2 man band playing acoustic rock music. It was not overwhelming with trying to watch the Bucks game and it was a nice compliment to the overall atmosphere. I will be back.

We had a great time last night hanging out at KB3's! I can't say enough about this cool place!! The martinis were delish and reasonably priced! We had Nachos and they were the best nachos I ever had!! We saw The Band Cherry Pie they were fantastic!! So much fun and truly a talented band!! Last but certainly not least our server, Chloe was absolutely superb!!!!!! Great experience!!

Just stopped in for a quick cold brew and caught a bit of a local garage band. Nothing special but not a bad place. Food looked good.

However, after seeing…read moreorders of wings next to me at the bar, prior to ordering, I thought I would order two types of wings and more than disappointed . Mine were so small and out of a dozen, only two drumettes. When I brought it to the bartender's, attention, who I believe is the owner's daughter, she said well they are 50 cent wings and your order is normal with the attitude of what do you expect. Afterwards, I saw a number of wings which by far surpassed my order, again. Recognizing this and giving a fair order of wings would have kept this customer coming back. Besides waited 20 minutes for a drink. We arrived before 5:00 and missed happy hour as a result. That did not upset me as I could see the first bartender was really busy. Last note, there was a bug crawling on my husband's shoulder a couple times which I thought could be a cockroach. I googled it and pretty sure that's what I saw after swatting it off my husband's shoulder and second time stomped on it. I even searched bugs that look like cockroaches and unfortunately none of those matched what I saw. Should have lefts and canceled my order right then and there.

This was the new restaurant of the week after finding out that the Saturday prime rib starts at 11…read moream. The place is divy and dated looking with a bar and restaurant with two small dining rooms. Service was a little slow because the place was packed and they are clearly under staffed with one bartender and one server for a Saturday at 1ish. The menu says that the prime rib is market value so I didn't know what to expect but the sandwich starts at $18 which was a monster sandwich and the table next to me couldn't stop talking about it for a few minutes, that table had 4 obnoxious young men practically disturbing the whole restaurant which is my one real complaint and obviously locals because the staff didn't do anything. The king cut is $34 which is huge and a great value when you consider that they start you with a loaf of bread and butter which I declined because my plate would be more than I can eat. I had one issue with my whiskey old fashioned sour, no garnish which I brought up to my server and he promptly got me a new one and comped me my drink because it was so out of the norm. I ordered the king cut prime rib that comes with a vegetable medley and I upgraded to the twice baked potato. My plate looked great with probably the biggest slab of prime rib I have ever had. The vegetable medley was average with some vegetables mushy and some with some crunch left in them. The twice bakes potato I didn't care for at all because flavor was odd and too much baked potato was left in the shell. The twice baked portion was a rough mash so the whole twice baked potato had the similar texture to a regular baked potato which I didn't care for at all, not the pillow soft mashed that I'm used to. The prime rib was huge and too lean for me because I like a little more fat/flavor in my prime rib. The crust was pretty tame flavor wise probably to appeal to a wider audience. The prime rib was tender and juicy with the au jus being bland but no problem because the only thing I likes on red meat is salt for a good seasoning. Yes this nailed the crave for prime rib totally. Overall the prime rib dinner is pretty solid and very reasonably priced compared the the Milwaukee area known good prime rib restaurants. This is going to be my lunch time go to prime rib restaurant for sure.

One of us was wearing a mask, for personal reasons, even tho it's state mandated and we all should, she was the only one including the workers(we did not say anything about no one else wearing a mask). We ordered a drink and could tell the bartender was having a hard time serving us because of the mask. She proceeded to tell my friend she needed to educate herself and that she will not die if she takes it off. (so glad to know a wind lake bartender is "educating" customers and giving out medical advice.) We continued to tell her its a personal preference but she threw a piece of paper at her with lists of reasons NOT to wear a mask. Meanwhile, the owner is standing there and condoning the entire experience. I understand everyone has their own beliefs, but no one in our group was making a big deal about people not wearing a mask. I can't believe someone, especially an employee & an owner, would make a customer feel so uncomfortable about actually wearing one. We immediately left.

This time it was a Sunday evening. Not that busy. A few people at the bar, and two other tables of people. Got seated right away. Waters, and menus were close behind. Ordered several cocktails and a beer. My Poloma was good, but nothing special. We ordered a Wisconsin Pub Burger, Smoked Brisket Sandwich and a cup of minestrone soup. Didn't take to long for the food to come out. Everything appeared to be freshly made, good temperatures, and the portions were generous. That sandwiches were both good. The burger was medium-rare as ordered and well constructed. Great taste. The fries were hot, and had the right amount of salt. The brisket sandwich was good, but the meat was skimpy for the size of the bun. The soup was good. Not much impressed with the service. There was one person running several tables. Felt like they were new and didn't know much about the menu items or the drinks. Did check on us once after serving our food, but that was it. Had to flag them down for another drink, extra napkins and the bill. A good experience, but nothing that inspired us to want to come back soon.
