To make matters worse, I called to explain and they were in no way apologetic, I asked for a mobile so I could send pictures and just asked for a refund for her manicure only. They refused and had no interest in seeing what the problem was. I called up to let them know I had lots of chips in the gel- a few of them I actually had to remove as they had curled up so much and were catching on things. The gentleman on the phone said to pop back in to have them fixed. I was working away so came in at the earliest opportunity which was under a week to have them fixed. I've had shellac done many times before and had no problem but this was just such a terrible job as all but about three nails had chipped very badly. The lady in the shop said that as a week passed there was nothing they could do unless I paid to have them done again. I explained that the shellac hadn't even lasted a weekend without chipping very badly. The attitude of the staff was very abrupt, mean and rude and made me feel really uncomfortable. In the end they begrudgingly removed the rest of the shellac but said they again would only fix the shellac if I paid more money. I really felt this was unfair as I had paid initially for such a faulty job and didn't want to end up paying again for it to possibly happen again. The whole experience was really unpleasant and upsetting and I definitely wouldn't want to repeat it. Before visiting the salon, a friend had told me that they had a terrible attitude but I thought it best to give them the benefit of doubt. However I do regret that now.

Most of the white tips had been applied bent, when I asked the manager to fix it she said there was nothing she could do about it and is wasnt her problem. When I asked her for a reduction as I wasnt willing to pay the full price for a shabby job she said she would rather cut them off. After waiting the whole process took over an hour! :O she did them wrong I wanted glitter applied on them too and she said I didnt tell her! But i told the first person who started my nails. When a guy came over to check if my nails were dry he noticed the terrible finish on them and started shouting in chinese and about 5 of the people in there came over all to feel how bobbly my nails were. But she wasnt bothered and didnt even offer to fix them when I told her to look at the rubbish finish. SHOCKING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!
