I was incredibly impressed by the safety precautions this location took with COVID. We did wait a little while before we were serviced but that is to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. Our manicurists was very kind, patient, informative & she didn't hurt our cuticles! The prices are about standard with surrounding nail salons. The salon is very clean & organized so definitely no complaints there. As for the actual service, I liked the pedicure. I got the Wellness Pedicure, which included a foot bath, foot scrub, paraffin wax, and a foot massage. The nail technician did an excellent job as I was relaxed during the entire time. For the manicure, I got white gel squoval nails. The nail technician was able to get my nails to the straight and pristine squoval shape with my natural nails, despite my nails being short to begin with. The service was fast and efficient. Plus, the nail technician even cleaned up stray and bleeding paint lines. Overall, I liked every part of my experience at Vivian's Nails except for the waiting.
