After trying a few therapists, with mostly disappointing and frustrating results, I was losing hope and my back issues were piling up... until I found Monique at Exhale Massage Therapy. I've been able to do all the physical activities I was missing; golf, yard work, and more and due entirely to Monique's expertise. She has a natural and intuitive sense in her work, and her expertise is matched by not just in her professionalism but friendliness and good humor. She is located on the second floor so be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. She shares a space with another business but every time I've visited, I haven't seen others waiting, which is nice. But there is a large area for those who may need to wait. There is a bathroom in the space that is always clean and full of items such as sanitary napkins, lotion, tissues, etc. Everything you need is there lol. Her massage table includes a heated mattress pad which I love but Ofcourse you can opt to have it on or off. She also plays soft music in the background as well. I've already mentioned how her hands are gifted! She is really knowledgeable about the body and how to address tight spots. She is gentle and uses a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client. I've always found that when I leave her table, I am much more relaxed and less tense. Additionally, Carla has such a warm spirit. She really cares about getting to know her clients and helping them in the best way she can. Lastly, during the massage, she wears a mask the entire time and clients are required to as well. Definitely check her out if you're in the triangle!
