They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

Last month I ordered the wrong ink cartridges for our office printer. He said no problem, picked them up from the office and is crediting our account. Their prices are cheaper than retail prices at Office Max or Office Depot, which is always good! They have free delivery no matter how much or how little you order.
