I took my car to Gulf Breeze Automotive and they not only said the compressor needed replaced but also the cooling fan! I brought in my luxury Cadillac sports car, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was handed a greasy disaster and a $4,500 hole in my wallet. They installed what can only be described as a bargain-bin, off-brand differential, completely unfit for the performance and specs of my car. They had also claimed that a barring was broken so they just "fixed it" real quick. When I called to confront them about it, the staff acted like they were on a hidden camera show--lying through their teeth, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. The "mechanic" assigned to my car? Sketchy, and couldn't even show me the parts they claimed needed replacement. Why? they had " scrapped it already"Because either they never replaced them, or they were just trying to get another Buck out of me And then there's the manager.
