I just receive a 100% unsolicited text message to my private cell phone number from someone at Keller Williams in Burbank. They provided only the name "Bella" and texted from 818 949 2990. I have no idea how legitimate this is, but I did not give this agency my contact information. I don't do business with agencies that scrape or buy people's person information like this. To anyone reading this as a potential client. Be warned. If they're so free with the private information of strangers, think what they might do with your more detailed financial information as a client. read more

I hate the company. Been contacted by no less than 20 KW realtors over the last 4 months regarding a house I do not even own! These are horrible realtors who will not remove me from their caller database and will not provide me any information on what list they use to acquire my information in the first place. Just contacted them to speak to the broker to file a complaint and they bounced me back to the main system and didn not provide me his extension number. Called back only to get sent to VM. Just awful experiences with this company and I hope people use ANYONE else read more

As first time homebuyers my wife and I could not have asked for a better agent than Ginger Steiner. Ginger and Keller Williams made what could have been a truly stressful and overwhelming experience as easy and uncomplicated as possible. They held our hand the entire way and took care of everything. I especially appreciated how successful they were during the negotiation stage, making sure our bid won but wasn't too high above asking price. As we waited for several days to find out if our second bid was accepted, Ginger was a constant calming presence. I can't imagine how much anxiety we would have had without her reaching out constantly to assuage our fears. We are just overwhelmingly grateful to Ginger Steiner and the entire Keller Williams team. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making this experience so manageable! read more

Although I normally review food establishments, I have to share the good word of this brokerage. The staff and agents here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The Burbank office brings a contagious, positive energy unlike any other real estate firm I've stepped foot in. Every time I would visit to meet with an agent, I was greeted by smiles from everyone, even other agents passing by. Clients have dedicated parking in the attached garage; very convenient. Also, Downtown Burbank is just 1 block away with a plethora of restaurants and entertainment! read more

My husband and I had a very short time frame to find a house more than 900 miles away from where we are were living... in the craziest real estate market in decades! Needless to say, it was a daunting task that we thought would take a lot longer than it did (FOUR days)!!! We're convinced that the only reason things worked out so well for us was because we had Monica DiGiulio working tirelessly on our behalf. We felt as though she went above and beyond helping us find our first house. From the first contact online, she was quickly responsive.. to the first meeting, she personally drove us all over LA to see every single house we wanted to see.. to making herself available (even on her days off) for any and all questions we posed.. to helping us navigate it all from so far away, relieving so much of the stress that this process inevitably generates. We can't possibly thank Monica and her team at Keller Williams enough! And we will definitely recommend her to everyone we know! :) read more

Lisa Bethel is a real estate agent with Keller-Williams in Burbank. Recently she assisted me in locating an apartment for myself and my kids. We were desperate and the agent we had just wasn't working out. Lisa was fantastic. Within 24 hours she had located 4 apartments within my budget and we viewed 3 within 2 days. She was caring and understanding throughout the whole experience. Lisa made finding a place to live a lot less stressful and eased the whole experience. When I'm ready to mive out if the apartment and purchase a house I plan to hire her again. I highly recommend this lady. She's kind, caring and really knows real estate and neighborhood if Burbank and Glendale. You can't go wrong with her or Keller-Williams. read more

The Keller Williams Fogg team is top notch. We met Oscar at an open house about 12 years ago. His knowledge of the area (he grew up here) along with his complete lack of pushiness won us over, and within minutes we decided to ask him to help us in our search for the perfect Burbank home. We were very specific about what we wanted and he was terrific about only contacting us when he found what we were looking for. We ended up working with him on a short sale and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. Since buying our home, I have reached out to Oscar, David and the Fogg team for advice countless times, and they have always jumped at the chance to offer their expert opinions. I can't imagine ever selling this house, but when I do, I will surely turn to them yet again. read more
