Dropped my car off at his pristine, professionally-tripped out garage, and felt immediately confident my car was in good hands. I ubered home, and appreciated his text updates. A few hours later, I arrived to see the garage door open to my "almost new" car! It was amazing - trunk was pristine, and the entire interior front and back looked and smelled like a new car. While the work itself was fine, they took my aftermarket floor mat out of the vehicle and did not return it. I contacted them to see if they just misplaced it but they didn't know what I was talking about and said they would call me back but have not done so. Don't go here. Life is far too short.

I was shocked to see some poor reviews. I can't question the experience these other customers had, and I've never used a Groupon at Johnny's. What I have done is take both cars to Johnny each and every year for his full interior and exterior detailing service, and each time I'm completely impressed that the cars come out looking brand new. I am totally satisfied with the work and service I receive at Johnny Buffit's and recommend him to friends often. Once I even had a maintenance appointment for one car at the dealer shortly after having it detailed by Johnny. The person at the dealer who is responsible for portering and prepping new cars for customers asked me where I'd had it detailed because he had never seen a car that was a few years old as our was look so perfect and new. I completely trust and rely on Johnny Buffit's to service and detail my cars and will continue to do so.
