They charged me two $50 missed appointment fees the week my 92 year old dad got sepais and we had to take him into the ICU. Mom died half a year earlier and I thought I was going to lose my Dad too (it was a difficult year). Other times there were "miscommunications" about expected charges (besides regular cleanings and fillings I've needed a few crowns and a root canal). I'd recommend ALWAYS getting a written estimate and holding on to it. Last summer a filling came out while I was out of state. I left a question on the office voicemail after-hours. I woke up the next day to find they had scheduled me for an appointment without speaking to me and they were unhappy I didn't make an appointment that I never made. They also were always leaving messages at the last minute asking me to come in earlier or later. As a caregiver who also works for the State it's really difficult to get away or change my schedule at last minute. I found out from my new dentist they also sent a snarky note along with my records. I found them really difficult to work with. I recommend trying other places first.

I have seen many dentist in my lifespan from California to Texas to Washington and I can 100% say Dr.Taylor has been the best I have worked with. He is very gentle, very understanding of your pains and discomfort, he is truly someone who cares about his patients and you can tell he truly likes what he does, and that's very important. It is very rare to find a dentist that cares and who does an incredible job. Also, receptionist Charlotte, she deserves her own review because she is so kind, so nice. I'm sharing this because the process was rocky, and I want to encourage others to advocate for themselves when something doesn't feel right; it can be fixed. Dr. Huish is proof of that. Highly recommend him for precision and care. I look forward to having him do the last of my dental work.

Dr. Duffy & his staff completely understand this and have always scheduled me for extra time so I can take "breaks" during routine care or any type of other care. In January I had my routine dental cleaning & check-up and let Dr. Duffy know I had a "lump" on the roof of my mouth. After he looked at it he said I needed to have a biopsy done & he immediately referred me to an Oral Surgeon & got me an appointment with them that day! Long story short, I had a tumor in the roof of my mouth but thankfully it was diagnosed in time & after having another surgery the pathology came back clean on all margins. I am beyond thankful that Dr. Duffy was so proactive, knowledgeable and realized the potential seriousness of the situation. Dr. Duffy and his staff are kind, understanding, thorough & absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them!! They are very professional, understanding, patient and sincere and the absolute best!!!

Exactly a year later I was called non stop about a large balance owed that was late. They said they were behind on billing and are cleaning up their books and that I had to pay it now. Its bad practice to bill a year later and demand money on the spot. Lisa is a very rude person and was unwilling to help. She also calls 3-4 times in a row like an immature kid. A few days later it was sent to collections. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
