From the beginning, he was fully invested in making everything perfect--helping us plan quantities, walking us through dry ice and storage, and even suggesting things we hadn't thought of. When I was worried our cooler wouldn't fit everything, he had me come by and personally helped pack it to make sure it worked. He even coordinated with corporate to ensure everything arrived on time. On the wedding day, the handoff was smooth and stress-free. He followed up during and after to make sure everything went perfectly. We even had leftovers, and without hesitation, he let us store them at his shop until our next party--something you rarely see from a business owner. Tamer truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. You don't even need a big event to support him--stop by for a cup of Dippin' Dots or try the Doc Popcorn. It smells amazing and tastes even better. Highly recommend!

After a quick google search, Doc popcorn came up. I live in Los Angeles and google showed that there was a location in the fox hills (Westfield Culver City) mall. I called 10 minutes before they closed on the Thursday before the event to confirm if I'd be able to pick up such a large order that next day, Friday. I ended up leaving a voicemail and Tamer "T" called back right away. Right off the bat I was met with great energy and I knew he had amazing customer service. I told him what I was looking for and he sent a detailed text message of my options. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up since they are now only located in West Covina, but he confirmed he would be able to deliver. On Friday night he called to confirm that he was on his way & met me at my location with the goods! When I tell you I've been obsessed with this popcorn since! I ended up ordering more than enough for the baby shower so I've been sharing with family and my co-workers, and have been getting great reviews from everyone. The medium sized bags range from $10 for more basic flavors to $15 for the chocolate varieties. Certainly not cheap, but this place makes them fresh daily nd the flavors are really good. People who work here are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized so that you can see all the flavors that they offer and grab what you want.

I order online and it comes to my door in just about a day (because I'm local to Los Angeles), and, packed in resealable plastic bags, it stays fresh for a good long while. On top of that, the owner, Tim, is the nicest guy you'd ever want to deal with. He communicates quickly about order status and makes sure that everything comes through as requested. First off, shout out to the owners dad who talked about his son's business and how he moved back to SoCal to help him out. There's a supply crisis at the moment apparently caused by the California drought. Those delicious chili peppers are hard to grow without lots of water and so it's impacting the manufacturing process to a point that there's now a black market for the original Huy Fong sriracha.
