She was so patient, gentle, and thorough - taking the time to make sure Max felt comfortable every step of the way. She also walked us through the X-rays in a clear and thoughtful manner, which I really appreciated as a parent. What really stood out was how proactive and comprehensive the care was. Natalie even helped coordinate a quick orthodontic consult during the same visit and got us started with a clear plan moving forward. It made the entire experience feel seamless and well thought out. Overall, the entire team was kind, capable, and truly cared about making this a positive experience for kids and parents alike. I recently came here for bridge work and as usual everything went very well and will come back for the real bridge in a few weeks. My kids come back and still see Dr Sasaki for their twice a year checkups. Jeff has pretty much taken over the practice from his father Richard and is doing a great job.
