Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base. Please...somebody tell me I am wrong and the place is wonderful...Maybe there are nice calming personalities there? This is one of the most relaxing spa's in Long Island. As soon as you walk in the sounds and atmosphere is so calming that you will immediately start to relax. The staff really does their best to make you feel pampered. My facial and reflexology treatment was amazing. I will definitely go back to Christine again for a facial. If you're looking for a real spa that gives you their all you have to come here. This is not like those franchises that rush you out of the treatment room and spend no time talking to you.
