I just received my flowers from Keepsake Floral and I really, really love the outcome! I wasn't going to preserve my wedding flowers but my mom convinced me to and I'm so happy I did. The final product was exactly what I asked for: I wanted my flowers preserved in a not-too-large, simple, gold frame. I wanted something I could look back on but I really didn't want anything huge or tacky or that wouldn't look nice anywhere it my apartment. Nearly 40 years ago when my Mama got married, she had her wedding bouquet preserved. I grew up seeing this treasure keepsake everyday and knew that one day when I got married I would want to have my flowers preserved. I got married in October 2014 in Nashville, TN and went with a local preservation service recommended by my venue. It was a huge mistake. After 4 months - my flowers came back looking like plastic and the arrangement was awful. I contacted Keepsake Floral in tears - hoping they could do something... Anything to help. The staff comforted me, consoled me, and best of all - made my dreams come true. My bouquet is AMAZING! I received it today and it literally looks just like the flowers I carried on my wedding day. I'm so pleased and so grateful. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. My advice to you - skip the local service and go with these tried and true professionals. read more

I got married in October and set up an appointment for January to discuss my design. Told them from the beginning I wanted the largest frame for my arrangements as I was sending them a lot of other things to go with it. Was told no no it's fine in the smaller. Well when I sent them everything else to go with my bouquet I get a phone call telling me just that, either decide what doesn't go in or upgrade. I said upgrade send me the bill I'll pay the difference. Mind you this was now February, here it is April with no follow up so I called them two weeks ago to see what was going on. Was told I would get a phone call the following week to set it up. Yea that week came and gone so I followed up again two weeks later and got no answer. So I decided to make a comment regarding how long of a wait I had so far (6 months after being married) with nothing to show for it or no updates to be heard. ONLY THEN do I get a call the following day telling me how they didn't appreciate the negative review because of how bad it makes them look but it got their attention. Then continued to tell me they emailed me about this, to which no email exists so can't help to think I was lied to. After the phone call and another promise to email me with details by the end of this week, I decided to go on Instagram and remove the comment until further notice. How funny, they blocked me. If that's how you have to run a business I'm not sure you should be in business. That's beyond unprofessional and I see I'm not the only one you're doing it to- which is sad but comforting I suppose. Also, a lot of vendors, keepsake included, are hiding behind the COVID excuse and backed up. Listen, don't take on more than you can handle because at the end of the day it's not my problem and I expect you to take FULL responsibility for your mistakes as a "professional" company. I was really going to let this go and remove the negative review but blocking me - when all I said was it's been 6 months and I hope I get mine soon was all I said- really set me off and I feel the need and responsibility to let future brides know what they might be signing up for. Now, maybe they're going to make things right and do a phenomenal job on my arrangement - to which I will update this review so come on keepsake be professional, swallow your pride because I am a customer spending A LOT of money and entrusting you with my most prized possessions. I was on the fence and sent my flowers a few days after the wedding, but they were able to preserve everything and it looks so beautiful! They kept me in the loop every step of the way. After speaking with Keepsake Floral again, I am editing my previous review (see bottom of my post). Basically, I think they are just not able to preserve the flowers in a way that makes them look (when you get them back) like they did on your wedding day. In my particular case, I didn't even recognize my bouquet. The colors have all changed, the flowers are much more open, and it looks nothing like what is in my wedding photos. They claim it's the flowers. maybe it is, maybe it isn't. but at the end of the day, I don't like my bouquet, I will not cherish it, and it's a huge waste of money. However, the lady from the store was very nice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous review: I didn't want to believe the other reviewers and am now majorly regretting not listening to them. DO NOT ENTRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR FLOWERS. I sent them my bouquet after my wedding for preservation, and when I finally got it back (six months later!) what they sent looked NOTHING like what I had sent them, and made what looked like a lifeless, dead mess in a frame rather than my beautiful bouquet. I didn't have flowers to preserve, but a very unusual wedding invitation and all it's accompanying "information." I really didn't know how it would come out. I gave them the packet and in return, my Daugher-in-Law (and Son) received a beautifully designed display of their very original invitation (printed on a linen, lace edged handkerchief) along with the return post card (a historic building in it's turn of the century elegance.) they went so far as to use the inside of the mailing envelope which was a beautiful floral print, and the postage stamp, also a floral to add to the mix. Striking and very memorable. Everyone was thrilled. Thank you so very much. You were able to think "out of the box" and turn the gift into a wonderful keepsake of their wedding. I sent off my bridal bouquet to Keepsake Floral in May. I didn't plan on preserving my bouquet until 2-3 days after my wedding. I found them online and contacted them. They were very nice and helpful. It is an expensive process but I knew it would not be cheap when I started looking for a company to preserve my flowers. Everything went very smoothly and a few weeks ago I received my final product. It is beautiful and does look like my original bouquet. I recently had another occasion come up that I wanted to preserve flowers for. I shipped them off to Keepsake Floral early this week and am looking forward to the next project. read more

After receiving my bridal bouquet back today I felt I needed to INSTANTLY write a review! The previous reviews are from many years ago and are indeed a false statement to the beautiful work I received today!!! The colors of the flowers were preserved beautifully, identical to the flowers the day of my wedding! It even included a special keepsake right inside the shadow box! What a TERRIBLE service. I had to order all custom acrylic since my bouquet was too large, and then when the order came into them cracked, they had to send out yet again for more custom acrylic. Today my order finally came after nine months of waiting, and it looks absolutely nothing like my original bouquet (black vanda orchids, ranunculus, hydrangea, fiddle fern, etc). They told me they would have to reduce its size, but it is down to about a quarter of what it was, has completely incorrect structure, is pressed looking, looks stale, and, to top it off, they airbrush painted certain flowers such that it does not resemble my bouquet in any way other than the silk wrapping on the stems. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this miserable company-- what a horrible way to end a wonderful time of my life. I would rate less than one star, but Yelp makes me be generous. read more

Keepsake floral ruined my daughters wedding bouquet! After seven months the bouquet was received and it looked nothing like the original! They did not even use all the original flowers!! They advertise the finished product will look fresh just like the original but instead it just looked like a dried arrangement!! It was extremely disappointing!! RIPPED OFF. Keepsake Floral took $933 from me, lost my flowers and then refused to refund me saying it cost them a lot to make my "Keepsake". How do they even stay in business??? I have lodged a complaint with the FTC and with the BBB (which they are NOT a member of) and now I am looking for consumer advocacy groups to help me get my money back from these people. My lawyer says the cost of litigation prohibits suing them and I am just not interested in having to go to small claims court to get my money back.
