The funeral spray I ordered through their website shows roughly 70 combinations of roses and other red flowers arranged in a heart shape. What was delivered was roughly 30-35. The long branches of orchids, snapdragons, etc in the online photo shows roughly 45-50 in combination; what was delivered shows about 18-20. The lilies hadn't bloomed and again this is for a funeral we can't wait for these to bloom. Furthermore, the instructions for the banner was typed on the online form and they misspelled names, of all things, names. Banners were also misleading, online photo shows typed lettering, what was delivered was hand written. Does not represent was is offered online. I wrote an email and did not receive contact until I had to call back the next day. After speaking to Maria for about 15 minutes, all she could offer was an apology. I had requested a full refund and expected at least half because the spray that was delivered was only half of what was represented. Maria could not take any accountability for the clear issues at hand but excuse that they got really fresh flowers and the orchids were expensive; I'm not going to tell anyone how to run their business but this ain't it. She first offered to compensate for the banner ($10) then offered $100 but then said she'd call back to confirm. Only to tell me to go kick rocks and that they would be losing money so she can't give me any refund. Cool. I was willing to work with them and give them a chance to right the wrongs but here I am to recount my experience so that you as the reader can decide if you'd like to bring your business to their door. Adds insult to injury when its suppose to be a beautiful arrangement for a grieving family.

The final product was exactly what I asked for: I wanted my flowers preserved in a not-too-large, simple, gold frame. I wanted something I could look back on but I really didn't want anything huge or tacky or that wouldn't look nice anywhere it my apartment. The process took around ~4-5 months, which seemed reasonable to me. And what I received at the end was exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to hang it up. I definitely recommend them!

I got married in October 2014 in Nashville, TN and went with a local preservation service recommended by my venue. It was a huge mistake. After 4 months - my flowers came back looking like plastic and the arrangement was awful. I contacted Keepsake Floral in tears - hoping they could do something... Anything to help. The staff comforted me, consoled me, and best of all - made my dreams come true. My bouquet is AMAZING! I received it today and it literally looks just like the flowers I carried on my wedding day. I'm so pleased and so grateful. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. My advice to you - skip the local service and go with these tried and true professionals.

Based on what I've seen and read about Vintage Vines, it's clear that all of these awards and recognition were well deserved. You'll only find their gorgeous flowers and floral designs at weddings because that is what this business caters to. The saying "if you can dream it they can do it" definitely prevails here and their online portfolio is proof of that. Perfection reigns through their work...which is exactly what a bride wants for her special day. As you may have already guessed, their services and flowers are not cheap, but the quality is worth it. Their flowers and plants are said to be the freshest, most vibrant and just outright beautiful. Overall, I'm a fan and hope to be able to use their services when I finally getting married.

She thought of things we hadn't thought of and kept everything super organized in the days leading in. She listened to every idea & made us feel supported from start to finish. If she hadn't had us write out some of the requests, we may have never thought of it ourselves. Our wedding ceremony and reception were in two different locations with two separate managements, so it came with some fun logistics which she managed so smoothly. Not to mention, she was monitoring the weather and rain clouds for an outdoor wedding in August in Florida :) Her warmth, organization, and attention to detail allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day without worry. Stacy gets the job done!! At times, the vendors/venue were not responsive and Stacy had to step in and rectify the issue. She and her husband have experience and connections within the central Florida wedding community and it shows! They make a great team and are the kind of people you want to be in charge for your big day. Everything came together beautifully, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about us and our vision. She also does a great job throughout the night checking in on you, making sure you are comfortable, have the drink you want/need, and stay on schedule, as needed- without stressing you out. Y'all, I am obsessed with Stacy. Hiring her was the best decision I made in wedding planning. From…read morethe very beginning, it was obvious that Stacy knew what she was doing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She kept me calm when I was freaking out about rain the week of the wedding and ensured that everything went flawlessly. Additionally, she has great professional connections in Central Florida so when I had an issue with a vendor, she actually knew someone at the company and could have reached out to them if it had been necessary (which made me feel better lol). I think one of the most important things you need to have in order to truly enjoy your own wedding day is peace of mind. So many people say their wedding was stressful, or they didn't eat, or they were rushing around all day. How terrible is that when it is supposed to be your most special day an you paid so much money for all of it?? Thanks to Stacy, I did not have to worry about a single thing and got to truly relax and enjoy my day. She has a very easy and detailed questionnaire that I completed so she knew everything. I basically brain dumped all of my planning on her, gave her vendor contact info, and she went with it! Every single detail I told her about was just perfect. She set up a lot of décor, along with our florist, and it all looked so beautiful and just as I requested. I was never hungry or thirsty because Stacy was always right there to get me a beverage or whatever I needed. Stacy also handled some slightly complicated family dynamics with grace and confidence. Every one of the other vendors complimented her work and stated she was one of the best coordinators they ever worked with, which I think says a lot! My wedding party also loved her because she is so sweet and fun! She ran a flawless rehearsal for us so, again, everything was so stress free. Stacy coordinated another wedding that I attended, where she unfortunately had to handle a medical emergency with a guest and she was cool, calm, and collected under pressure. Stacy is extremely LGBTQ+ supportive and I would hire her for any type of couple. I also think her prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the amount of work she put into making my day perfect! Stacy is AMAZING and you will not regret hiring her!
