    I really wish I could give this place zero stars, because if that was an option I would. This event…read morevenue, located in Orlando FL, was on the list of venues to tour for a client who has booked our company as their wedding planners. I submitted an online contact request on a Friday and received an response via text message on Saturday to schedule the virtual or in-person tour. Over the weekend I did not have time to respond but luckily I was contacted promptly on Tuesday morning via a telephone call to schedule the tour. Because I am located in Chicago, IL, the tour would need to be virtual, so I ensured that I communicated those needs to the representative. She asked me if I was willing to meet via WhatsApp or Facetime, but since I am not a WhatsApp or Facetime user, nor desire to be, we settled on using Google Meet. The tour was set verbally for 4pm ET on Wednesday and the representative agreed to send the link via email. The morning of the tour (today Wednesday) I reached out to via text because I had yet to receive the link to attend the virtual tour via our agreed upon platform Google Meet. I asked the rep if they had sent the link via email and they responded no, I then asked if the link can be sent via email. I waited to receive the link and after a few hours I reached out again because I had yet to receive the link. The rep responded that for some reason it wasn't working and asked me for the second time to use WhatsApp. I am not interested in downloading an entire social platform for one simple interaction, so I offered to use my Zoom bridge and send out the link, and the rep refused and proceeded to explain that WhatsApp is a free download and similar to Google Meet as if I am simple-minded and didn't understand. I was thoroughly confused at this time and sent a follow-up message informing them that I might have to go elsewhere if they are unwilling or unable to help me schedule the tour. The rep responded that they were sorry for the inconvenience and to let them know when I was available to schedule the tour another day. But scheduling on another day won't work either because this establishment obviously lacks the capacity to execute a virtual meeting in ways that work for the client. (i.e. free virtual meeting sites only) If they would invest a few bucks in a Zoom platform or any other subscription service for delivering virtual meetings, they could reach a broader audience. Tabitha made it seem as if they were uninterested in our money or business, because I am not open to downloading a social platform and purposefully am not an iPhone user, even though I was clear that we were ready to make a decision today and ready with payment. I even called the office shortly after the text exchange and was met with total disrespect, lack of professionalism and disregard as a client. I will NEVER patronize this establishment, now or in the future. My client, the bride also called to attempt to sort it all out and was also met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. I hope this review makes it to corporate and someone trains them on proper etiquette when servicing potential clients ready to spend thousands of dollars on their events.

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU…read more I am in pure disbelief on how you can trust a company to host a once in a lifetime moment for your family and they turn it into a nightmare. Not only was the staff rude to all of our guest to the point people left early, but THEY STOLE OUR CATERING FOOD AND DRINKS!! We gave them specific instructions to let our guest eat as much as they want and they went behind our backs to deny food to our guest ! The embarrassment after hearing that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to take over $2,000 worth of food home with them without asking, while leaving us with NOTHING. They forced our chef to leave and did not let anyone handle the food but their staff, which was a ploy to save as much food for them to take home for themselves. After several attempts to contact them for a resolution, they have done nothing but ignore us and block us on multiple platforms, including their CEO. We have multiple videos and photos of them taking boxes of food and alcohol we purchased to their personal cars while we were talking to guest while other employees would stand watch. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE OUR MISTAKE. Our 15 year old daughter birthday was ruined by their unethical practices and lack care for their customers. They will do the same to you. Please find a new place so you don't end up like us with a nightmare experience that we have to live with forever. Find another palace to create a forever memory because this place will do nothing but ruin your experience.

    Got a few services from Al Dee for the wedding, will review each. One quick note on paying up…read morefront. That is the case with vendor we spoke to about any service. TLDR: Al Dee offers some very reasonable rates given all that he packages in the services. We do not have the photos yet but the wedding was just before Thanksgiving and it takes weeks anyway. The experience on the day was perfect. Each member of his staff was very friendly and quick to help in any challenging situation we threw their way. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service wedding vendor. DJ We met in person for our first meeting. Then exchanged email and phone calls afterwards. He mentioned at our first meeting that he has many weddings going on so he would need reminders of our wedding when we would speak with him. Being forgetful myself, I totally understood and reminded him before meetings and in emails. Ceremony music was perfect and just as we requested. Reception music was great and Al was amazing at reading the crowd and adjusting things as needed. At one point only like three people were on the dancefloor for the cupid shuffle and he rewound the song and came out to the dance floor to help people start dancing to the music. Awesome. We came in to our requested song then went right into our first dance. Perfectly timed and smooth. We had planned parent dances after dinner. We finished eating early and decided to say hi to our guests and we requested another round of formal pictures at the reception. So we ended up talking then doing our photos real fast (this is where our requested songs were played) then came back to people already dancing. I thought this was nice. Al saw the situation had shifted and kept our guests from getting bored. Once we were back, he cleared the dance floor politely and got the parent dances started. He also listened to crowd requests and made announcements of events or little reminders, stuff that we didn't even think of until that night but he helped us out on. I do remember the mic cut out a bit during the second speech. The problem was fixed quickly and it also may have been because neither speaker really held the mic right by their mouth so I think Al had to adjust settings on the fly so that their voices were picked up. The colors for the uplighting we had are perfectly changeable to any shade you need and he helped us pick a color that would fit our theme. What he didn't tell us but we LOVED was that the lighting actually is timed to music. The lights that were set up by our table flashed and popped as the music went on. It was awesome. Photobooth We also booked a photobooth that came with an attendant and prints of the photos for each person in the pictures. Our guests loved it and were all over it. Almost every time I glanced over there were people taking snaps in the area. The attendant was very friendly and when my wife and I went over he helped us out with a nice set of poses to start then had us do our own thing for a set or two. I also noticed that he would tilt the photobooth as needed to ensure the framing of the photograph was nice in each situation. I really liked that he did that along with making sure everyone got a copy of the photos. Overall, I would have liked a few more props but what they did have was great and the only complaint that I personally had was that I didn't get more pictures over there. Photographer Rodrigo was our main photographer and Coral our second/assistant photographer. Both were super personable and nice. Rodrigo is a professional and will do anything for a great shot. He has a good eye and strives for perfection in what he goes after. He showed us a few pictures as he was snapping them and everything looked awesome. Really excited to see how it looks when it comes back. He also gave us plenty of tips before hand and we had a very nice and informative phone chat with him before the wedding that honestly set all our fears to rest. We made some crazy requests for formal photos, just in terms of family and who we wanted snapped after the ceremony. He helped us get it done fast and efficiently then we moved to our formal photos. Coral was great with the groomsmen photos. Listened to our suggestions and knocked everything quickly with tons of smiles all around. Both photographers were awesome with our secondary round of photos during the reception. They had stuff staged and brought us out to get a few quick shots without eating too much time. Both brought their A game to our wedding. Edit: Pictures came back for the photo pod and from Rodrigo barely two weeks after the wedding and everything looks awesome! The music, lights, coordination, everything was fantastic and we had an incredible time knowing he had everything taken care of. We will absolutely be working with him again for birthdays and corporate events in the future.
