I was greeted by two ladies I'm sorry I didn't get the second lady's name but I know McKenzie made the flower bouquet (pictured) that is just absolutely beautiful. I didn't expect that they'd have all kinds of gifts like hand creams, candles, gifts for any occasion, flowers in the showcase & plants that you can handpick and purchase. On every Friday they have five dollar bucket that McKenzie puts together when you walk right in the front door, This is a shout out to the Stetson students. They were so cute in a little bouquet wrapped that you could really make somebody's day for just five dollars!! If you are in this area please take ten minutes to stop in this place. Both women were so nice. Service was impeccable. The store was so clean and bright with windows everywhere. I could've probably spent an hour in there if I had the time. Proceed with CAUTION for wedding florals. After what seemed…read morelike a great in person meeting with Kathy, everything went downhill. I ignored numerous red flags because we had a friend who used this shop for their wedding and had a good experience, however ours was far from good. To make a long horrific story short, the red flags included: WEEKS of delay in receving the intial proposal that was met with numerous excuses and reassurance everything was booked for our wedding (spolier: it never was), at one point the excuse was ownership changed so Kathy took her notes home, She called to verify some of our floral info which was pretty straightforward, She ignored the email of inspo pics, Kathy moved communication from the store's email to her personal email, the order was not a formal contract and never signed by either party even when I requested a signed copy (my lesson - should have pulled the plug here), a Square payment link that had a different business name attached, horrible spotty communication throughout all of this - I would have to email, call the store, and text Kathy numerous times for a response, once payment was made there was radio silence. Our wedding was 12 days away and we had not received any confirmation of our florals being ordered/prepared, my cooridnator was not able to get a response at all. Finally my MIL called the store and pressed for an answer (after they hung up on her and she called back) and they informed us the store had NO RECORD of my wedding, of our order, OR THE PAYMENT. The casually said maybe Kathy was doing the order on her own (not through the shop) which was never communicated to us and would not be allowed by our venue. We then sent an email requesting full refund given the order was never placed, no contract, etc and like MAGIC after 2 weeks of no answer - Kathy texted within 15 minutes. After some back and forth we were able to get a refund, which was the ONLY good part of this horrible experience that almost left us with no flowers for our wedding.

Given she's living in a new area we had to research a local florist. Yelp and other reviews for Sanford florist were great so we thought we were safe. Especially with a new florist we always use a teleflora arrangement since pics are included and we know what should be delivered. As you can see from pics it is not a deluxe (not really basic either). The flowers were delivered on schedule the Sunday before Valentine's Day due to her work schedule. I called the florist the minute my daughter sent a picture of the arrangement. They relayed they were closed but someone would call first thing Monday morning. They did which was good customer service. I sent the pic from the website and the arrangement to the florist and they would get back with me. They did and offered to bring a new arrangement that day and needed the old arrangement in turn. Explained why it was a Sunday delivery and requested the new arrangement the following Sun and they wouldn't because they needed the 'wrong' arrangement to show the stylist. I explained that the picture (and I had others) could do that and they wouldn't budge. The representative said the manager would call me back. The same representative called back and said the manager was busy but offered me a 20% discount. I relayed that I would take it but that just about came about to price for basic and still wanted a call by the manager. Three days later I've yet to receive the 20% credit or a call by the manager. If they had followed through I would have given them a second chance. Our daughter just got engaged and this was somewhat of a test drive on whether to work w them for the wedding. So unfortunate. Can't risk it.

They mapped out a plan for my floral that matched my theme perfectly. At the end of the meeting, I viewed a few pieces in the shop that were ready to be delivered for another wedding that day. I left with complete confidence that they would do a great job on my floral! What I didn't know is that I would be brought to tears when my pieces were delivered... they were the most BEAUTIFUL flowers I had ever seen in my life! Well let me tell you, the ladies there and Katy the owner could NOT HAVE been more apologetic. They offered to immediately make it right and send again. Instead, knowing that I was going to order again shortly they said they'd do that instead. Well, my wife has gotten flowers from me for years and years (44th anniversary today)...and she saw what Katy sent and exclaimed..."these are GORGEOUS..no, STUNNING"! I've thought that CCF provided lovely items for the money especially and now I can tell you that they FELL OVER themselves to make a hiccup right. Thanks everyone and you have me for life.
