I also paid for chicken/rice/yucca for 75 and there wasn't enough food, i was so embarrassed with my guests. The staff server I paid for did not know what he was doing or had personality to deal with guests. The only great thing was the bartender. Awesome hospitality and great drinks, so much so I tipped her well beyond the agreed upon price for bartender.

i would not recommend party masters to anyone in the entire state of florida. this company is very…read moreunprofessional and will not provide good service. a company can not be run by a liar and drunk. the web site alone has pictures that doesn't belongs to them and aren't of their work which should be a red flag. before booking a party the owner came up with the party plan and a payment plan but instead we had to pay the entire party fee two weeks after booking party because the owner decided to order linings and needed the money to pay for them also we were promised a production team to go over party details and received not one phone call or meeting with a production team. the party was also canceled twiced by a heated drunk who didn't like to be told he's running his company wrong. the party was booked in july and the owner by my constant request finally went over party details 1 week before party which was in nov and only gave 1 day to rehearse. i could go on and on but this is just a summary of my experience. overall the party was terrible from a parent point of view dealing with someone whos suppose to be doing this business for years to be so unprofessional is uncalled for. the owner, dj and staff also helped themselves to the liquor and food at the party. and don't bother giving the dj a playlist we gave him 115 songs and he played about 10 of them the rest of the time he played whatever he wanted and not what he was paid to do. lastly if you do sadly considered booking from them do not leave party with out taking any remaining food and especially if you paid for liquors we didn't get our remaining liquors until one entire month after the party and we had to demand it. shady business!!!!!!!!

I called the merchant but only received automatic text messages directing me to book online through Groupon. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally read the fine print on the ticket stating it was "by appointment only." We ended up leaving and doing something else in the area instead. I contacted Groupon and received a refund for one ticket, but not for the second. The merchant claims I redeemed the ticket with them, which is completely untrue. Despite my explanations, Groupon continues to side with the merchant, claiming they provided a service I never received. This business operates with poor ethics and should be held accountable. I'm still fighting to get my refund for the second ticket.
