I little bit later I was amazed to see that I had a missed call and a voice mail message from Anna at Best Storage calling to ask if I really needed the unit that night. If so, they would have someone come and meet me at the office! Wow! i never expected that. Since I had missed the call, she left me a number to call back. THAT is customer service.
