Then PUBLICLY complained about the reaction, blaming customers, the police and literally anyone but themselves. Followed up by not refunding the folks the ruined the holidays for. Shameful, amateurish and hopefully financially ruinous. Case study on not learning from mistakes and biting off more than one can chew and making one's own problem everyone else's. Placed and paid for an order for Christmas Eve dinner. Pick up was scheduled for 6:00. We sent our daughter to make the 25 minute trip to pick it up. She calls and puts an employee on the phone who tells my husband UNFORTUNATELY WE RAN OUT FOOD but you can pick your order up on Friday! Why in the hell did you not call and tell us?? After a yelling match with the employee because he could not understand what was so frustrating for us, we left and we are eating at Denny's and should be receiving a refund. We understand things happen but this was 100% poor business with no regard to the fact it was a $200 order on Christmas Eve no one bothered to call ahead and tell us to plan something else, they ask our daughter to call home when she arrives to pick up the order !! read more

pre ordered food for the New Year 45 min before I was to pickup they messaged they ran out of food I went in to get a refund and they were currently making food so guess I was just not important enough to get my food that day ruined my New Years eve dinner I would suggest to stay away from this place after a quick google search found they have been doing this type of business to customers since 2020 read more

It's 9/13 was told would have my funds by the end of today still don't have it. This company is a scam. Avoid at all cost. They will literally steal your money and keep the product. Wish I could give it a zero. Guy uses imitation crab meat. Gets his food from shady back door suppliers. Prolly from a used Chinese buffet. Stopped at Keepin' It Krabby in Hagerstown today. I have seen some good reviews about their food truck so we stopped at their brick and mortar restaurant for seafood. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Most of the food was sitting in about an inch of grease. We got the seafood boil bag, deviled eggs, crab egg roll, and crab balls. The crab balls were ALL filler. They didn't even taste like crab and no crab could be found in them. The egg roll had a little bit of crab but was soft and mushy and not crispy like an egg roll should be. The deviled eggs were swimming in grease. I wish I had gotten a picture. The deviled eggs had a shrimp on top but the filling was a little runny. The boil bag was not in a bag but instead divided into two to-go containers. Supposedly they had run out of bags. The boil is supposed to come with crab clusters, corn, boiled eggs, shrimp, sausage, and potatoes. No sausage was included. Half of the crab clusters were missing legs and had absolutely no flavor. I was raised on MD crab and this is the first time I have had crab that had no flavor. It was difficult to get out of the shell and crumbled like it was really old or had been previously frozen. This too was swimming in grease. The container with the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and eggs were also swimming in grease. Nothing had flavor. Potatoes were slightly under cooked and the corn and eggs were over cooked. This was the worst seafood I have ever had and the greasiest food I have ever eaten. Stay away from this place read more

We pre-ordered and pre-paid for food from the keepin' it crabby food truck. We waited an hour for our food, once we re eived the boil bag it was cold and the butter was starting to harden. There was butter hardened on our deviled eggs, and the ramen cup was advertised like it was crab, shrimp, and scallop, but when we arrived for pick-up, they asked if we wanted shrimp crab or scallop. I asked my husband, which he wanted, and he said he thought it was mixed. They did give all 3 meats, but he threw out the noodles. I initially gave one star but changed to 2 stars because they did give the 3 meats as advertised. I hope the store front will show improvement. read more

The worst food experience. I decided to go in yesterday to try out their boil box for the first time and deeply regret it. The pictures look better than how the food actually tastes. The food is also overpriced considering the amount you receive. Additionally, the meal was wayyyy too salty and not cooked well. The corn tasted like it was bad. The crab didn't even have meat in it and also tasted like I'd have diabetes by the end of the week. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. it's not a restaurant, you might as well call ahead to place your order because there is no seating; drove 1.5 hours to this "restaurant"so that was a shock. they were out of a lot of items when we arrived, said someone "took their truck delivery of food". the boil box was decent, but very greasy(not saucy). the shrimp alfredo was also more grease than it was sauce/alfredo. made the drive after seeing multiple posts on FB but likely wouldn't go back. the lady in the store front was very nice. read more
