Place is ok. Standard stuff. However, no parking or very little, rough pavement parking lot, and understaffed. Bathroom key is rental office and guy is out to lunch. The one star reflects having to go bad but without bathroom snafu, 3 stars tops. read more

Nastiest bunch of people - not sure why they are in the customer service business. Reserved a U-Haul truck from them today (had rented the same from them in the past) and was running 15 mins late due to traffic. The guy calls and tells us that if we are not there in 5 mins he's going to give the truck to someone else - despite having rented the truck for the entire day. Told him that we were 10 mins away in traffic and he refused to honor the reservation and was going to give the truck to someone standing at his counter. There is no shortage of U-Haul rental places so do yourself a favor and use someone else. read more

Don't use their U-Haul rental service, they cancelled my reservation without notifying me first, I ended up making a new reservation at a different location...the guy named Harry working there provides the worst customer service ever!!! read more

Yesterday I came to this area to rent a truck, I was so shocked at the way the Storage Counselor Dennis Gonzalez treated us as customers and individuals. The level of professionalism was lacking in every way, from how he spoke to us at the first introduction, to the way he handled a mistake he made, and not owning up to it. In any business "The customer is always right" we are the ones who keep the business going and growing... Needless to say I will never refer or go back there for "Keepers" service because of him. read more

Good facilities and convenient location with Uhaul services at the location which was a plus. Price was about average compared to other storage facilities in the area. Front desk manager was helpful the few times I've needed service. Would'nt mind renting here again. read more

Harry and Dennis are pleasant very accommodating. Someone is always on site. This facility is clean and well lit. Plenty of carts, a ramp and elevator available. read more

Very positive experience. I rented a storage space from Keepers for 4 months. The gentlemen running the facility were helpful. The space was clean, and the elevator easy to access. It is a safe building and open only when the workers are present. read more
