I wish I would have done my research on this company a bit more. I just got scammed 12-26-2024 as…read morewas stated in the other review the same thing happened to me the same exact way. I had to drive to hours to Sebring from Orlando for this job which was 3 houses that where abandoned do to other painters being fired. I was suspicious from the beginning and ask when I can meet Catherine as she always had an excuse I started researching her and found her company inactive on sunbiz and screenshot it and sent it to her. She said it's active and she just updated it. Long story short she was subbed out by performance building solutions out of Port St Lucie and the gentleman I spoke to at performance stated he never met her inperson and just communicated via text and calls. I completed 3 homes and payed a crew of 7 and purchased materials out of pocket. When it came time for payment she said she already payed me in cash the sum of which was $20200 on what we agreed on and that her husband had me on dash cam receiving payment. In my time in business no legitimate company pays another company 20k in cash with no proof or paper trail. I was told to stop Harassing her or she would sue me. This lady is a crook and cold hearted to scam people especially during the holidays. I hope she gets caught.

Yes, after having been recently scammed by these perpetrators. A genuine review addition will be…read moreadded for these frauds. Apparently, Catherine Hair and her husband, Christopher Hair have been operating this bogus painting company to lure professional contractors into, to perform paint repair services for damaged home Interiors. Due to previous painters who caused such paint damages, this fraudulent paint company operation will seek professional and ethical painters to go to the distressed locations, only to perform professional and quality paint repairs, including touch-ups, full door paintings of unfinished doors, trim painting, door jam painting, and just about any type residential paint service needed, they eventually scam the hired and real paint professionals then disappear. These scammers will change their numbers all over Florida, using area codes from 813 to 954 for the State of Florida. In their recent scam activity, they spend days communicating via text messaging, while tag-teaming unsuspecting, real painting contractors via text messages communicating extensively to create viable records that they end up disconnecting the number they used, so as not to be able to trace/track them with the right types of technology. They do not like to talk directly to those who they hired over the phone. They only like to communicate via text messaging, where they can play off of each other where ever they are hiding, making the genuine painting contractors who they hire, believe they are being sincere. They will even go so far as ordering Lyft and Uber to accommodate travel arrangements for professional painting contractors who they hire, along with order food via Lyft or Uber if necessary, all to sustain the scam illusion that they are legitimate. Do not trust these frauds. They may even see this review and change their names or even they may be using closed down painting businesses identities to validate them being legitimate operations. These types of scammers are believed to linked to the FBI or even CIA as con-artist agents, targeting certain types of Private Contractors. They are well-organized and professional liars, so beware. Do not allow them to send you anywhere, claiming they will "pay" you after you complete the labor. Also, do not trust them sending you any Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, ACH, Paypal, or any form of electronic transaction, as it most likely will prove fraudulent and could compromise your account with such Apps. Overall, these con artists deserve the worst punishment imaginable, riddle with pain, resulting in horrible deaths, for they have earned it by their own Karma. They damage legitimate business operations consisting of hard-working, genuine painting professionals, who spent years earning their reputations. I've attached a sample Screen Shot of the type of text messages they could send someone unsuspecting. Trust me when I tell you, they are some of the worst scammers operating via Florida. Here's also two of the last phone numbers they used: 813-946-5967 and 954-710-1074. I also believe that the actual property owners to the places that need the painting services, may be in on the scam also and just turning the other cheek, as long as they get their properties repaired and up-to-par. Ultimately, the property owners (often investment corporations) are going to have to be held liable and let them go after their criminal associates operating in such malicious ways. Hopefully, this review helps anyone who suffered at the hands of these criminals and may justice be fully served against all involved persons and parties for the public record.

Although our schedule didn't allow for the work to be done on consecutive days, Frank was flexible and worked around our availability. Our project involved removing popcorn ceilings and applying a smooth surface. His crew did an excellent job, and I was particularly impressed with the thorough clean-up after the work was completed on both days. This really reflects his strong work ethic and pride in his work. I'll definitely recommend Frank's Drywall and will choose him for future projects when needed.

My pantry was not painted after priming, in which the partner, Robert, saw as he was the one to place the door to be reinstalled. I brought up the paint peeling and he said "there's nothing you can really do about it, you'll just have to repaint." My indoor broom was left outside as well as my indoor doormat. Drinks and black&milds were left outside my front door when they left, and 8 trash bags and 2 buckets sat in my yard for over 36 hours. He claimed to be there the last day out of "the kindness of his heart" when in reality it's because I had already paid. Not worth the money I paid, not worth the time I was displaced from my home, not worth the stress of missing work as an active duty military member because they couldn't keep up with their punctuality. I was told to let them know if there were any other issues but I rather handle it myself at this point than deal with them 1. Not answering the phone, 2. Not showing up on time, and 3. Not completing the job I hired them for. If you're looking for professionalism and quality, move around.

BUT, my last service with this company - the person did odd jobs (easy) was at my house 7 hours and charged 1700$. That's about 242.00$/hr for things like changing a light bulb on back porch with my step ladder... having a wreath hanger over a tall door I could not reach due to ‍. And the invoice you be the judge. I have now asked 3 different handyman and all said this job should have been 600$ at the most. And why was he at your house 7 hours for these tiny jobs ( except one saftey bar placement in bathroom). You be the judge. I won't be recommending them to my neighbors or friends. everyone is struggling with high prices but to take advantage...

I might have been a BIT wary when Karen told me that I would owe the cost of an estimate ($94) if I chose against using their services. I might have given 2 stars because Clayton was such a stand up guy. He arrived on time, studied the job, took pictures and returned to his van to write up the estimate. Drumroll, please..... One Thousand and Ninety-One Dollars!! Yes, you read that right. $1,091.00!! And this is for doors that I already OWN!!! I laughed! It was preposterous!! 4 or 5 TIMES the amount I was considering appropriate for the work involved! So if you have lottery money, give these folks a call. I bet they do a good job. They better for what they charge. If, like me, you DO NOT have lottery money, it's back to the drawing board. Postscript: Home Depot has a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT SLIDING SCREEN DOOR for $89.00 plus tax - $94...coincidentally what I paid for the pleasure of an estimate. Note to self: ONLY free estimates from now on; only free estimates, only free estimates, only free estimates...
