I had great communication from Rachel and the flexibility with the Friday pickup and Monday drop off was pretty awesome. Pick-up on Friday was quick and easy with the bounce house, chairs, tables and Pucker Powder dispenser loaded into our van by Chris who explained everything well and took the time to answer any questions. The bounce house is always a hit and the Pucker Powder dispenser was liked by the kids and adults. Everything worked as expected with no issues. We will be using Fun Jumps for future rentals. Your prices and service can not be beat by any of the other places in the Twin Cities offering the same products and services. If you are out of the delivery area it is still worth the drive to pickup just for the prices and service alone.

I was easily able to book online, but that's where any positive comments ends. Two hours before my National Night Out event, the driver called to ask where we would be setting up. I indicated we would set up in the street, as I've seen other blocks set up their bounce house in the street. The driver informed me that they DO NOT set up in the street. I didn't know where else to set up, and the driver explicitly stated that he did not want to drive out to our site to drop off the bounce house only to find we didn't have a location. I was left in the lurch 2 hours before the event with the driver advising me to "call another company." He was not interested in helping me and actively encouraged me to cancel my order. I would not recommend this company based on this poor experience. I ended up using Metro Inflatables out of Plymouth. I have also left my positive review of them on their site.

I'll start with the good. The delivery team was fast and efficient. When I contacted them about…read morefaulty equipment issues they responded. Unfortunately where they dropped the ball was in the execution of correcting the issues. Following are the service issues I had regarding the rental of a 20' waterslide from USA Rentals on 9/1/2023. Prior to the start of a birthday party, I reached out to USA Rentals regarding an issue with water flow on the waterslide. Instead of water flowing down the slide, it was coming out from the top pouring into the yard instead of on the slide. Additionally, there was also a leak in the hose on the ground, which had not been resolved by a previous repair attempt. I was advised to lower the water pressure to resolve the problem, but this did not work. Upon checking the slide again, I noticed that the hose had completely detached from the top and was creating a pool of water in the yard. The leaking hose had also worsened. I contacted USA Rentals once more, and they assured me that someone would come to repair it within an hour. Unfortunately, this happened during a party, so I couldn't wait for the technician. I tried unsuccessfully to reattach the hose on the top of the slide and ended up improvising a temporary solution rerouting the hose up the stairs and securing it over the slide with a C-clamp and using then duct tape to patch the other leaking hose. Later, the repair person arrived and performed a repair, but I mistakenly assumed that they would address the detached hose issue and did not inspect their work before they left. To my disappointment, they did not address either of the main issues and instead replaced the coupling between my hose and the waterslide hose, which was not even a problem. I reached out to USA Rentals once again to express my dissatisfaction with the process and requested a discount for the inconvenience. Regrettably, I did not receive any compensation. While this may not be a significant expense for USA Rentals, it was a significance for me, and I expected a fully functional waterslide that did not require me to perform ongoing maintenance.

We ordered a 15 x 15 tent with sandbags for an additional $120 (noted on our order confirmation and invoice). They showed up with 55 gallon blue barrels which would not work for our situation. BTW, they charge $0.00 (zero) for the blue barrels on their website. When challenged, they first cited their "cancellation policy", which makes no sense considering I didn't cancel anything rather didn't receive what I ordered. With no rational reason defend the cancellation policy claim, they turned to stating that the sand bags were inadequate (why they charged me for them???) and that the barrels were required. I immediately challenged them on "no charge" on their website for the barrels and they now reassert I cancelled the barrels at time of delivery (I never ordered barrels). Ridiculous! I'm being charged for rejecting something I didn't order (which has zero cost on their website) and was left to secure tent stakes and my expense. And, don't bother calling them.... they send all calls to voice mail and wear you down with email.

Options to fix the damage were limited given the timing, so we had to revamp some of our plans--very thankful for our resourceful wedding party who pitched in to resolve these issues as best we could! They didn't make the process of having a backyard wedding easy. We were reimbursed for the broken equipment but due to the timing and lack of inventory, we were unable to get the equipment replaced.
