The workers here are pretty nice, they help guide you to the start of it and also there were 2 at the end who wiped the car down which was awesome! Loma Linda is crazy expensive in comparison and leaves your car with streaks. Towels not even included after paying the most expensive car wash. Suds brothers gives you get a towel, dash wipe, and air freshener. Also at loma Linda your tire goes into a guiding rail which if you aren't great at getting your tire in there you can feel it tugging. Suds Brothers is like a giant belt so you don't have to be great at aiming to get a wash and there is zero damage to your wheel. I pulled into a bay and one of my vacuums didn't work and I was too embarrassed to Adle to use the one next to me. The air blower thing was working properly either. I just ended up leaving with a streaky unvacuumed car. I went to Loma Linda a while back and it wasn't like this not sure what changed but seriously WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I was told a manager would contact me the next day but never heard from him. I visited the facility again the following day hoping to speak with the manager but he was not available.
